Rituals Salon And Day Spa in Enterprise, AL

I used to really love coming here for all of my beauty needs, but unfortunately my last service has changed that. I booked a hair appointment online for a wash, cut, and dry of my hair. I was there 10 minutes early and I ended up waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. I finally asked the receptionist if we needed to reschedule, she checked on the stylist who said she only needed 5 more minutes, so I waited. Stuff happens, so I wasn't upset about it. I finally went back and she explains a guy came in right before me without an appointment and had a lot more hair than she expected so it took a while. Again, no big deal. But then she proceeded to cut my hair dry without a wash. I was like okay that's weird, but maybe she will just wash after. Literally 15 minutes in the chair and she says I'm done and she will walk me up to reception. I was shocked, but thinking okay, guess she didn't have time for a wash and style. But then I was charged $55 for my 15 minute service that wasn't even what I booked. I asked the receptionist if that's the price even though I wasn't washed or styled and she said yes. Of course I paid it, but that did not sit well with me at all. I felt like my time wasn't valued and my service was cut short of time and quality and still cost a lot. I will not be returning here.

I came in the other day for a female "Mohawk". With the first two images as an example of what I'm working for & Jamie said she never did one, (besides her husband). I was thinking about waking out but I figured I let her practice on my head to gain experience.

Know my top is long, sides and back been growing wild since covid started. I wanted to give her a chance as I could have messed it up just as bad lol (but not $50 bad)

I told her I wanted to keep the top long, sides shaved but work on the back growing to a point.

I was expecting a semi fade from short (back) to long (front). I even told Jamie I'm letting her as a styltest to undo my rat nest of hair. Even the sides being shaved we talked about doing a 1 to a fade to a 2 but she obv didn't feel comfortable doing that....a basic fade so we went with an over all 1

I ended up with a legit reverse mullet (picture shown). I showed my coworkers and even tho I laughed it off they even were mad for me.  As a stylist you thought a reverse nullet was ok?!?  Idk if it was bad communication or she was scared to work on my hair or what....

$52 (with a tip) for shaved sides and a trim....a basic men's hair cut.....

I knew I should have gone to a barber who could have done the SAME JOB but better as well for cheaper. I don't understand why women are changed almost triple for the same hair cut that men pay more than half the price.

3rd picture. The top in my hand is what was long and was trimmed. The back was the length of the overall lower half of my hair. As you see she just shaved the sides, trimmed the top and decided to call it good. I didn't realize this till i was showing it off and people pointed it out that there was no blending/fade from top to back

Went for a men's haircut. The $25 is not a problem if it actually comes out like it should from a salon but I had to go elsewhere to have it recut and fixed. It wasn't faded at all, I could of taken a bowl and cut around it to achieve the same result. And the spots that were cut, there were significant parts that were missed. It was overall just plain bad. I give it 2 stars because they were friendly and the place was very clean. The hair stylist spoke about getting a facial there for which I may go back for but still extremely disappointed with the cut.

I tried giving this place a second chance but I will never go there again. I went to have my hair bleached (I won't say the hair dressers name) and left with my hair wet, in a bun, completely brassy yellow. The hair dresser gave me her cell phone number after I left to have me call her to fix it at her house another day. I went home and had to fix my hair myself since I didn't want to go out in public with terrible bleached roots. I recently made a nail appointment to get my nails done. I showed the lady what I wanted and she said she didn't know if she could do that certain design (cheetah print on one finger). First big red flag right there. She filed my nails down as short as they could be and started putting gel nail polish on. I told her I wanted a full set like the photo shows. She said she didn't have any time for me and told me to go somewhere else. Extremely disappointed with this business.

I went to Rituals for the first time this past Friday  (February 14th), and a lady named Rachel Smith cut my hair. It was the worst haircut I have ever had in my life! First off, she washed and blow dried my hair, and said she preferred to cut it dry. I have never had my hair cut dry before. She did not section it, and proceeded to cut. My hair was past my shoulders when I came in, and I asked for it to be above my shoulders. I paid my $47 for the haircut, and tipped her $10. When I got home and flat ironed my hair, although my shampoo/cut/style should have included a complete flat iron (which she did not do)I saw that my hair was cut uneven in spots. I even had long pieces mixed in with short hair. It was Valentine's Day, and I had plans all weekend. As soon as I was able to, I went back to Rituals to complain. A lady named Taylor Loftin took time out of her schedule to fix what Rachel messed up. Taylor did a great job sectioning off my hair, and making sure everything was even! The lady at the front was very apologetic, and willing to squeeze me in today to get my hair fixed. I appreciate those 2 ladies, as they made a bad situation not so bad. As for the salon itself, I will never go back for my haircare needs. I do have a Rituals gift card for a pedicure and will rate that at a later date as well.
