I had the best experience with Jenny today! I had never been here, but seen the location when I was nearby recently, so I decided to pop in to cut the deadends off my hair. I didn't have to wait long before Jenny called me back and gave me a wonderful experience. The price was great, customer service amazing, and my hair looks wonderful! I'll definitely be back! I doubt I'll go anywhere else from now on.
Don't you want to work? Saturday 7/9/2022, I arrived at Rios at 315pm. They close at 6. I went in to ask if they would be able to do a cut and perm for my over 80 years old mother who was waiting in the car. She is in a wheelchair and this was explained to the worker who was watching something on her phone. NO ONE ELSE in the salon. She responded that she did not have time. I then asked where the nearest other Rios was located and would she call to inquire if they would be able to do it. She replied "I do not want to call," but gave me the phone #. The location on Evers with the 2 Marthas graciously accepted my mother for service and treated her well. The Callaghan location is uninviting and I will not be returning.
It was my first time going here, I usually go to more expensive places around town but this was right down the street from where I live and the reviews seemed good enough. Terry did a great job! The best haircut I've had in awhile she did exactly what I wanted and I'm a pretty difficult person with my hair. The price at $12 was incredible in itself. Beyond happy and would recommend to everyone!
Adam at this location goes above and beyond for his customers. Every time I go and I want something I see in a picture, he is spot on to make it look just like that. I totally recommend him if you come here. He doesn't disappoint! Thanks Adam for always making my hair look amazing!
