Called to make an appointment and got amanda. 4 days before getting multiple texts messages for what my needs were. Maybe to be prepared but came across as don't know a dang thing about hair color. May not have the color I needed so send more pics. I sent of my hair. Wouldn't give me a price then proceeded to cancel on me on a Sunday for a Tuesday appointment. Most real stylist and hair color specialist can look at photos and see the color and the needs. My hair isn't complicated at all. So glad going I got an appointment with a really stylist now.

WOW!! I got a couple recommendations for a stylist here. When I called to make an appointment, the "salon coordinator" had the WORST attitude/customer service. When she couldn't hear me, she curtly said "I don't know what your saying." And when I asked for a certain stylist she responded "there are three *stylist name* here. I DONT know who you're talking about. As a former stylist myself, I would be appalled if the person answering the phone/taking appointments treated my current or possible future clients this way. Needless to say...I went elsewhere. Girls who work here: you need to give that salon coordinator of yours a talkin to!
I have seen Lucero Saldana at this location twice. She does such a phenomenal job lifting my dark brown hair into a beautiful beige blonde. Her technique is professional and she takes her time doing it right. I was ready to pay well over $150 for the highlights and trim but it was well under that amount so I made sure to tip her well.
