Worst lip filler experience I've ever had. He botched it so badly that it ruined 3 years' worth of progress -- I was slowly getting filler over time so it wouldn't look "ducky" once I reach the level I aim to.

It will cost over $2,000 to fix his mistake because I have to dissolve previous filler in order to do so.

I was also SUPPOSED to get a refund but it's been months and they still haven't sent it. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Alyssa Krick, stylist, made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her for a consult. I had been using the same hairstylist for nearly twenty years. I wanted a fresh approach. But I had been anxious about trying someone new.

During the first visit, Alyssa offered tailor-made recommendations on products to target what bothered me about my hair. Its health has improved within two months. She also gave several good options for enlivening gray hair.

I love her cuts. Subtle and manageable. So easy to style on weeks between visits.  

She listens. She isn't one to project an attitude that can interfere with understanding what a customer might be struggling to put into words. Refreshing.

I appreciate her sensitivity, skills, and talents. She's astute. And here's another big plus--she's fun to be around!

Impressed and Grateful
In life, not everything goes right and that's understandable. However, life isn't about things going as planned and always being perfect. The way we respond when something goes wrong says a lot about our character and values. I am impressed with the way in which RevitalizeU handle an unfortunate and unplanned situation.

In May, I started with a new stylist after my long time gal, who knew me well, moved out of state. Unfortunately, I had a color experience that went very poorly in almost every way it could. My hair was the wrong color, wrong design of color, and damaged.

I reached out to Alyssa (another stylist) and she set me up to come in the next day to begin the process of repair. It took 4 trips and 5 months, but Alyssa and owner Sarah made sure to cover the time and costs of repair when applicable. Sarah personally met with me to fix my color right before my brother's wedding. I'm now back to where I wanted to be when I started the journey in May and I'm grateful they made it right!

Also, they might have the best shampoo/head massage stylist around, Shanela. Worth it just to have her wash your hair!

Now that they know me and my preferences, I'm excited to return down the road. I'm glad they added details of my preferences to my file for future reference

So I got to admit I'm kind of new with the whole salon and spa world. But I had some time in between appointments so I thought I would roll in and see if they had a list of services. The front desk girl told me to go to the website and check it out. Which I thought was interesting because I didn't have a laptop handy. I also asked if they handle walk-ins and she asked me if I wanted to haircut which if she was looking at my head I just got one somewhere else. I was actually there to get a facial. She asked me if I had any medical problems which I didn't quite understand that either. Overall when I suggested that maybe I should just leave, she said yes and was seemingly happy I left. I don't know if I'm just not bougie enough or if maybe I hit them on the wrong day. Otherwise I was trying to get a facial. I guess I'm off to the next place. Maybe she just didn't like me. Who knows.
