Revamp Salon in Reno, NV

I have been coming here for years and could not be happier about the care and quality of service provided. The owner, Keri Polasik, is an experienced stylist and can knowledgeably discuss various color, bleach and complex hair work with you, and give recommendations tailored to your hair. She has never steered me wrong and I have heavily processed hair.

I also come here for gel nails with Gaby De La Puente, and love her to bits as well. She does an amazing job. My nails look and feel better than they have in my whole life.

I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Marlena is an absolute magician! I came to her in tears about my hair and now look a year and a few months later! She takes her time and actually cares about the health of your hair, let's not forget by making it look amazing

I love Revamp Salon! Keri has been my stylist/colorist for years and has never steered me wrong. She's knowledgeable about which cuts will flatter my face, which colors will go best with my skin tone, and is always open to my new ideas. I have never been disappointed - I always leave happy and looking great!

Keri has been doing my hair for nearly 2 years now and i've never left disappointed! Not only is she an excellent stylist, she's also so fun and sweet! Never a dull moment when i'm at Revamp!  10/10 recommend for hair extensions also!

This review is for the lash tech, "Beautiful By Bee" . She completely botched my lashes and placed the lashes so close to my lash line that they were poking me all day! I brought the poking feeling to her attention during the appointment but she acted like she couldn't figure out why. I now realize that she probably knew what was bothering me, but she isn't well trained and doesn't know how to properly attach lashes. I went to a very reputable lash company the following day and the owner and a lash tech said that whoever did my lashes should have placed the lashes a millimeter away from the lash line and not apply them to the base of my lid. My eyes were swollen and irritated. I had to have them removed completely. I contacted Bee via text about the issue and she acted like she had never had that happen before, doubtful! After going back and forth about a refund she finally decided she would do 50% back. When I agreed to pick up the refund, she said she would Apple Pay it and then she ghosted me! This is absolutely no way to do business and it's completely unprofessional. I will be reporting her to the board of cosmetology and requesting they pay her a visit to check on her license.
