They do not listen to what you want. They trimmed my 13-year-old eyebrows without our consent. He shaved his unibrow and cut his hair so short despite clearly stating do not cut them short. I am very unsatisfied with their service. I will not recommend them.
Reston Family Haircuts is a terrific small business! Great service at a fair price. I have been using this barber since 2010 when they used to be located in Sterling, VA. They were so great, I gladly followed them to Reston when they changed locations. Highly recommended!
I am shocked that the husband and wife team have such great reviews. I have been going to them with my boys since they were 3 years old, at their old location, Sterling followed by Reston location. I tolerated them for majority of 20+ years, but I finally gave up. They are rude, do not listen, and the guy actually hurts people.
As always, the best place to get our hair done. I have been coming to see them for over 20 years and even after they moved and I have a kid now who's only known barber is them. The price is incredibly affordable and very nice family owned business. They have beverages and always very thoughtful. They're very caring especially to little children. Even though they're further away from my house now, I will still continue to only come here. Always ask to have your hair shampooed for a relaxing treatment!
We just moved to Reston from Texas. My father-in-law and I decided to give this place a try. All staff was very friendly and professional. Prices are very reasonable. We both liked it very much and will definitely be returning. We were pleasantly surprised with a nice and thorough massage at the end. Full and phenomenal service with great atmosphere. I highly recommend!
