Rejuvenate Salon & Spa in Streetsboro, OH

I had my eyebrows microshadded by Maurissa.. they are 2 completely different eyebrows! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and I'm stuck with them. What can I do? I deserve every penny I spent back! After she screwed up first time I sent her a picture and she said she can fix them so I go back another 150$ plus the first screw up of 250$ not including tips! she made them worse, I'm so upset I can't stand looking in the mirror it's so flippen embarrassing, looks like idk how to put eyebrows on by hand.. so she knows she screwed up and says I need Botox, my face is deformed lol.. no u suck with a tattoo gun and it shouldn't be in your hand! I'm seriously thinking about taking her to small claims. I'd post pictures but I can't figure out how or if you can. Just take my word for it! it's not worth it!

Charming and cozy inside. Came with friends for the massage, sauna, and lunch combo and it was so wonderful and relaxing. The massage was THE BEST I have ever had. This was my second visit, actually. My daughter's Girl Scout troop had an event here and they made the girls feel so special with services and creating bath salts. I'm knocking one star off for cleanliness. I hate saying it, b/c overall the experience was top-notch, but there was brown slime in the waterfall sink faucets and the bathroom doors and frames were filthy with years of unwashed hands. I will still go back (and update if it's cleaned up!) because other than this it was honestly a five-star experience!

This is the best salon! The environment is comfortable and peaceful, they are open late and the parking is plentiful. But it's their skills that are the best. Melissa and Aleah helped fix my bad highlights and in the process gave me a GREAT color. And they take their time so you never feel rushed. I'll be back to check out all their other services soon!

I have always had a great experience at this spa until recently when I called in to confirm an appointment cancellation. The spa is closed on Monday's so I called in on Tuesday morning 8 am to cancel an appt I had on Wednesday afternoon at 4 pm. I left a very detailed message explaining I had a death in the family and the funeral was the same time and date of my appt and was that is why i had to cancel. After receiving a confirmation text 3 hrs after my message I decided to call and confirm my cancellation. The girl ( Aliha(sp?)) who answered the phone didn't want to hear anything i had to say, she basically told me i would be charged 25.00 cancellation fee because i didn't give a 24 hour cancellation- even though from the time we talked to the appt time was more than 24 hrs, not to mention i cancelled well before then. She was rude and was blaming the busy phones for her lack of professionalism, I said i would call back and talk about to a manager or owner to reschedule and she said i am the manager (this is a scary thought if it's true!) I explained that i just was calling in to make sure they got my message since i got the text and that i was sorry i didn't call earlier but the unexpected passing of my mother was the reason i didn't give more notice. Unsympathetic and very unprofessional! I hope the owner reads this and reaches out to me!

My wife loves this place. We now drive from two states away to get her hair and nails done here. Best nail job I've ever seen done. They always look fantastic. Very reasonably priced as well.
