Regina Webb Salon & Spa in Bowling Green, KY

We went to the salon for a bridal party of six to have hair and make up done. Every single person in our party redid their make up. Fake eyelashes were an up charge, blush wasn't applied, and several people didn't even have lipstick applied. The airbrush came out spotty on several bridesmaids. The bride was told that hair and makeup would be $115 for each member of the wedding party. The day of services, everyone was charged $145. The bride even pre-purchased a gift card to pay for the mother to have her make up done. The owner then said that that was not the cost of make up that it was more than what the gift card was!  The bridal restroom had a stained toilet, was out of paper towels, and was disgusting. Do not go here for wedding needs!

Had an amazing experience here!! My hair was severely damaged after getting botched at another salon in the area and I finally feel confident in my hair again!!

Had an appointment with Regina at the salon. Her receptionist put me in a room to wait. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time (she only had one customer since it was a week day and early). No one came in to tell me that she was running behind. I could hear her in the other room chatting with another customer. Finally, I went to the front desk and cancelled my appointment. My time is as important as hers I feel.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!! I contacted the salon 3 days before my wedding because last minute we had a problem with hair and makeup. Regina said she could get us in and take care of us. To start off the day before she changed the time on us, then changed the time on us twice the day of. After two of my girls got there they called me and said she had been rushing and had both of their hair and makeup done in less than 30 mins. So spending less than 15 mins on each girl!! I had arrived a litter after the first two girls to find out that their makeup was so orange and blotchy looking with their eyes looking like they had been punched in the face from so much sloppy makeup just thrown on them. Their hair had so much back comb showing that it looked like a birds nest on the top of their hair along with the bun falling down in many places. I immediately told Regina how poorly of a job she had and refused to let her even touch my other girl and myself. So here I was with so much time wasted on her that I was left to make a trip back hom to clean everyone back up and do our own makeup and hair. I couldn't be more disgusted at the quality of this salon or it's owner!

This is gonna be long one but a good one.  I saw Regina Webb Salon and Spa online.  My husband and i both live in separate states and decided Bowling Green is a halfway point to get married and is where we had our first date so I started looking for a great salon in Bowling Green. Her page popped up with tons of great reviews so I booked my wedding hair appointment and the appointment for two of my bridesmaids there.  She called the morning before and had moved my appointment so that she could service more brides on that day which was not a big deal as she said it would only take about 45 mins for my hair (based on the picture provided to her before hand) and about 20 to 30 mins for each bridesmaid (hair just curled and pulled back a little).  When I arrived she had a very nice salon.  I had brought extensions with my and my hair was washed, straightened (i have very curly hair) and ready for her to work her magic.  I was super impressed when she started telling me she does all the pageant hair in town and sits on the board for the ruling board for hair college.  She bragged on how she has her own hair product line and is super successful which made me even more confident with what she was doing.  I presented the extensions but was told she didnt need them.  After a whole 20 mins that she spent on me for my WEDDING HAIR, she basically told me it was as good as it was gonna get and to send in the next people.  I will try to upload the pic provided and what I actually got but have no idea if that is possible.  The other two bridesmaids got a whole 15 mins each of her curling her hair for her to shove us out the door for her next client.  If you want someone who takes pride in making a bride look beautiful this is NOT the place to go.  I spent 97.00 on my hair  and 65.00 each for my bridesmaids only to have the bridesmaids redo their hair before the wedding.  This place is a joke. Its all about the mighty dollar and how many she can get in and get out with absolutely no regard to what YOU actually have asked for.
