Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in New Orleans, LA

This review is for Regsl Nails Walmart Harahan.
I would not recommend this salon solely on the quality of service I've received,  n9t once but twice.
The first time I paid to get a pedi and manicure. If I have to constantly tell you what to do. "Why am I paying you"? Sorry but 8f you 0sid more attention to your job as supposed to talking and laughing about people outside as well as in your shop. I think I  may have been just a Lil more pleased with the level of service I received as a paying, (would have tipped more) customers.

One year later. I was gifted a 50.00  certificate from this Salon. Unfortunately I couldn't transfer the certificate because they are franchised and other owners wouldn't honor it. "Okay, let me give them another shot"
I was greeted as usual, but professional.  Mind you I'm the only customer in the shop at this time....
Here I got again‍ If I tell you exactly what I want, I can afford it outside of the certificate.  Next if I have to tell you constantly how to do my feet, redo that polish on my nails...clean that up around my nails....why am I paying you. I do my own feet and nails but I love to treat myself and get them done professionally  at least once a month. This is not the place....I love you all have relationships with the Walmart workers, but spend time with your customers 1st and stop talking about Walmart Customers.... needless to say. The very next day, my French tips were no more. Everyone knows how I feel now. This is not considered a gift for me. Good thing I have my own polish, now I've got to redo my nails!‍

I didn't think it could any worst I went one time bad service bad additude to much
I said I'm give them anit shot worst service ever charhed 70 just for feet o didn't get nothing fancy i asked her to trim inside of toe on side cause it was hurting me main reason why I went to get feet done she throw a fit and refused to trim them had nerve to charge me 70 dollars I hope they get penalized for there work ethic and rudeness I'd never recommend them to anyone... I walked out feeling robbed I even payed cash cause that's last dollar they will ever get on put me highway robbery I go there to relax to feel good I work on feet every day I felt horrible then they yell over you when your trying to make a Ponit i feel insulted

Very bad quality in work... I paid $125 for a bad full set... the older woman is very pushy and I feel like she adds on extra money just to get over. Couldn't even break down my bill for me to tell me why it was so much. She thinks she knows everything and tells you what she wants you to do instead of what u are telling her to do. I will never go there again. Idk what I paid for and I will no longer spend my hard earned money there. My nails have never looked this horrible

Cheap polish I did not know it came off that fast I will not go there again up grade to the new polish please

I was not greeted upon entering the store. After standing at the entrance for 5 minutes I asked could I be serviced. The technician rolled her eyes and said "go pick your color". After picking the color I was advised that my service would be double the price advertised. I disputed this and was told I was wrong... I still had my toes done here because I had an event to go to but this place SUCKS!!! Walmart nail shops are usually a go to because of last minute things coming up... But I will never go here again! They are rude and not a good place to do repeat business.
