Great pedicures and a wonderful staff. If you want excellent nail work from talented and hard working professionals this is the place! Tracy and her Dad lost their Mother and Wife late this last fall after a 3 week battle with cancer. They have hired new staff and honor their Mother and Wife by working 6 days a week 10 hours plus a day. These incredible people deserve our support.

tenía mi cita a las 2 y cuando llegue estaba super lleno por lo que no m pudieron atender, al llegar me preguntaron que si tenía cita pero no preguntaron a nombre de quien solo me sentaron. y me empezaron a ponerme las uñas a las 3:20 y solo las pego y se fue a empezarle las uñas a otra persona, y luego llego otra persona y también la empezó a atender , ósea que mientras te atienden a ti, tambien atenderán a otras persona por lo que te llevará doble de tiempo. aproximadamente 4 horas. no recomiendo este lugar para nada, es muy bonito y elegante pero no dan prioridad a las personas que hacen cita. . horrible

If you want the best place to go to get your nails done come here. Me and my husband have been getting our pedicures at Regal nails with Tracy and Jessica for over 4years. Both are highly professional and do a top notch job on your nails! They are always willing to listen to your needs and have excellent advice on how to improve your nail beds, both are detail oriented and make you feel comfortable while meeting your needs.

I made an appointment for.my elderly wheel chair ridden mother. We showed up on time. We waited at the reception desk for a few minutes before a younger gal came over and said "we're too busy, can't take any more," I said, "we made an appointment" she said "let me ask" and then walked away, speaking something to a coworker then proceeded to do work.on another customer. She left us waiting at the front, now and then glancing at us as she worked on another client. No apologies, nothing. I raised my voiced and said "are you going to ignore us?" "I'm not ignoring" she said. . I said "we made an appointment." She said "how do.I know if you will really show up?" And then she said "maybe you.made appointment somewhere else". Not one apology. Not one I'm sorry. It seem obvious from reading other reviews they tell you they make appointments but in reality they don't. It was extremely difficult to get my r elderly wheel chair.mother to this place. It's a sadly ran disorganized business. Don't bother Making appointments because its first come first served and they don't have the decency to tell you that.

First time I ever got my nails done. I had just finished saying I had weak nails and she uses a drummer on them. They were clean and bare. Now they are in the worst shape of my life u til they can grow out. Nail polish lasted but really thick. Only $15. Still looking for a good salon.
