Made an appointment over the phone. Got to my appointment and they asked if I could come back tomorro. I informed them I called at 4 asked if they had time for a full set and then they told me to come at 5:30. Last time I went there my nails popped off in a week. not giving them a third chance
Great customer service did terrible on my nails and dont understand English . I recommend you find another place to go. You will waste your money here. I asked for rounded nails and a few were flat. It might be cheap. But with this cheap a aminal groomer could do better.
We were a walk in and were greeted and told yes they had time for us. We sat and in the chairs and the two people chatted in their language while my daughter and I talked about our day. To my surprise they were done in 12 minutes. There was no one waiting for their services and they blew through us like there was a hundred people waiting. They left the oil on my daughters legs and failed to remove mine either. The polish was slopped on and I didn't get polish. She couldn't explain the different prices for pedicures. I paid her price and walked away wondering what happened. Obviously the language barrier hindered our transaction. I will not return.
We there since about 8:30am they asked what we where going in from I said pedicure and we took seat after a while other customer started coming in and they started working on there nails. Never asked us again.until they say we my sister and law and her sister where sitting down waiting. For us to be help Bc they where finish then the lady asked if they still need something then I replied I said yes I have been waiting to do pedi.. it was then 10:00am . I said no thank you and walked out never again will I go there
