Y'all, Raechel is the real deal. Tucked away in a cozy salon in a Hercules shopping center, Raechel offers incredible skill, attention to detail, and customer service. I called and got an appointment on the same day. Raechel greeted me warmly and then listened carefully as I talked about what I wanted in my haircut. She took her time, checked in frequently about what she was doing, chatted easily, gave me a tension relieving scalp massage (*in addition* to the relaxing shampoo job), and styled my hair beautifully. All told, she spent about two hours correcting an awful haircut I'd gotten at a different salon a few months back. I absolutely love my new cut and style. If you are looking for someone to pamper you, take their time, and make sure your hair is exactly as you want it, you can't do better than Raechel. I know I won't be entrusting my hair to anyone else again!
Raechel is the best. She takes her time with her services...dye or haircut. She does not rush her work. she makes sure you leave happy and satisfied. Oh and a bonus, she gives scalp massage towards the end
Raechel did my hair and make-up on my wedding day last October 22, 2016. She made sure she took her time perfecting my look and I am glad she was only assigned to me. She did a great job and even my bridal party noticed how great my hair and makeup looked. Raechel was on point on how I wanted to look on my wedding day and she delivered. Thank you so much Raechel!
I've always been very picky about my hair cuts. I went to the same hair dresser for ten years until he recently moved to Florida. It took him ten years to figure out how to cut my hair the way I like it. Rachel figured out exactly how I wanted my hair cut the first time because she asked all the right questions. And she gives a great scalp massage!
I like my haircut. Rachael is really nice. This place is good if you want a wash, haircut and style - $75. Her price for just a haircut (no wash and no style) was too pricey -$70 not including tip. I don't get my haircut often but I believe average I'm use to paying is $45-50 so you can see there is quite a difference.
