I have reached out twice to one of the stylists that work from this co-op style salon, the same one that plasters social medias with "my time is important", "my time is money", "please be respectful of my time" posts. The same one that advertises that you will be charged "no matter how good" your reason is for canceling your appointment 24 hrs prior to said appointment.

I have no problem with any of her "rules". What I have a problem with is that she did not bother once responding to my texts.

Classy. You know that type of people that wants to be treated like a Queen but treats others like cockroaches...

after hearing about my friends experience with a stylist here - it's left a horrible taste in my mouth and brides should be warned. she booked a stylist for her hair for her wedding - this was to be at my friends home - simple style; down& curls. this was agreed and a contract was signed. the contract did state "OFF SITE WEDDING CONTRACT". it was never said anywhere that there was a minimum of girls that needed to get their hair done. fast forward to now a couple months before the wedding- the stylist has reached out saying since it's just the bride getting her hair done that she was going to have to come the salon morning of instead and that she'd be sending her a new contract to sign. my friends wedding is on a sunday / brunch style - there is absolutely no way that she could go there. my friend had asked for the deposit back since there is just no way that that can work and the stylist has refused since the contract was signed. I believe since this stylist completely changed up a ALREADY SIGNED contract for off site that she needs to refund the deposit. the stylist refuses- wished my friend the best and blocked her. extremely unprofessional in her text messages and the way she handles issues that she created. A little over two years ago, new to the state and unaware of the best spots in town for all the basics - Radiate 60 came highly recommended for all things blonde. Having walked into the salon a brunette, I can assure you - you're in good hands no matter your strands (ha). I can't speak to the capability of the other stylists but if you take a peak at my photo you'll see the Instagram handle of my stylist who, lately, I've driven four hours to visit. Liz (Elizabeth) refuses to compromise the integrity of your hair, even at the expense of telling me "no" if I'm pushing the limits - so as to keep  my locks healthy, what a keeper! I went from brunette to blonde with no breakage and enjoyed all the good girl talk you can ask for - I could go on and on, but you get the point.

Parking - Street parking or the garage near the smoothie place is your best bet.

There was a lot of room for improvement. My stylist told me I wasn't leaving the chair until I was satisfied, I said it was too dark and she said there was nothing she could do about it. She was very poor at planning and scheduling. She said she was going to send information and photos. When I texted her to remind her she told me those things, she said they were proprietary. Over all a lot of promises were made that were not followed through on.

I wish I could give this studio zero stars. I went in asking for subtle warm highlights and lob haircut (angled longer in the front and shorter in the back). I left with a bowl cut and bleached white hair. The stylist, Elizabeth McKeown blamed the color issues on the lighting of the salon. So I have to give "the salon" a one star because of the hairstylist blamed the highlights she failed at on the lighting of the studio. So if the studio lighting is that horrible to make the hairstylist think white highlights are warm then no one should go there. Additionally the white hair lights were caused by me washing my hair over 24 hours after my appointment. So I could only recommend going here if you never plan to wash your hair. Elizabeth "Liz" had no excuse for the pieces of hair she completely neglected to cut, but if you let her know about the disaster she created, she will do the unprofessional thing and have her friends request to follow you on social media. In general I would not recommend the salon based on the interactions with the employees unless you want to pay someone else to fix the hack job they perform
