Rachel's Salon & Day Spa in Memphis, TN

My first visit at Rachel's did not disappoint! Larry did my highlights, lowlights & cut & did an amazing job. Will definitely recommend him & will be returning!

I love this Aveda hair salon and have been going for years. The owner Paige is incredibly passionate about the integrity of their services, and I always walk in feeling incredibly welcomed... And I walk out feeling incredibly fabulous. They take the time to actually assess your hair, your face shape, the condition of your scalp, etc. to give the best recommendation for a you specifically - whether it be color, cut, or extensions. The business model is really built around customer satisfaction long-term with their hair, which I like. And they won't push anything on me just to make more money if it's not in my and my hair's best interest. The facials are also very good. I've only gotten a couple here, but they were excellent. Amazing Aveda products too

It is rare for me to go out rate other massage therapist and businesses because everyone is so different and always likes different personalities, but I really felt the need to comment on my treatment.
Robin has been a Massage Therapist for quite a wile now, with much training experience, and techniques, and modalities she know the human body and knows how to treat your problems and can recommend others who might better suit your needs.
I'll be going back every soon and will be making sure that I see her and suggest you all do the same!
Mallory has been my hair stylist for 2 years now and has not disappointed me, she's very diligent in her work and has great Conversations with everyone you will like her men's cuts as well be happy when she answers the phone. She knows her Techniques skills and customer service.

Over all Rachel's salon and Day spa is taking every precaution necessary for COVID-19 they're very clean and organized feel free to stop in and visit with them!

Shelby (my stylist and now friend !) was recommended to me when I first moved to Memphis by an acquaintance when I mentioned I was looking for a new salon. Immediately upon meeting her, I knew I had made the right choice. Shelby is funny, kind, warm, and welcoming. She's done an incredible job with my hair every time (we recently just chopped it all off). It is a joy coming to see her for both my hair and my soul!

Her energy matches the energy of all the staff at Rachel's as well. I have experienced nothing but wonderful interactions with every one who works here every time I come in. Additionally, when you come here, you give to a woman owned small business! Now that's worth way more than a hair cut.
