R&R Salon and Spa in South Bend, IN

Amazing owner. We showed up late and Ashley listened really well. She was so patient and treated the three of us at the same time. She is an amazing multitasker and had lots of patience for us when we were being annoying.

This was just different i don't know if the day i went in was just an off day for the them . But the greeting from entering was cold and a bit rude, then the service i received on my hair was bad the person that washed it didn't detangle or did a good job with washing and treating my hair. Not sure if maybe dealing with natural hair isn't her thing, but in the end Ashley was able to manage it. Her husband was very polite and nice did a fantastic job of the pedicure

Ashley and her husband gave our party of 3, 3 pedicures, 2 manicures, and each a 10 minute neck and shoulder massages. Prices were reasonable and they are very personable and super friendly.  The atmosphere was less than I hoped for. The massage chair was in a closet and was brought out and set up in the middle if the salon. This is a small business and had a very small neighborhood feel.  All services for all three of us were done by the husband and wife.  His pedicure was too aggressive with the pumice and left me with scratches. His massages were also very aggressive. Felt bruised and sore afterwards.  Unfortunately, not the relaxing soothing experience for us that I had hoped for.

My two daughters and I got fantastic pedicures here. Ashley accommodated us with an hour's notice, and she and the other technicians were thorough, professional, and caring.  It was a positive atmosphere, and we all love our nails. We will definitely be back!

I was pleasantly impressed by the owner Ashley and her hubby Carlos. Ashley is very welcoming, personable, and friendly to boot, all the while Carlos entertained us with the couple's back and forth chatter. It's a little more expensive but well worth the extra expense. The friendly ambiance makes it an overall fun and interesting experience! Ashley takes her time and does a great job. She doesn't rush you through just to get on to the next client like some other nail salons that ignore you, talk about you or make you feel like cattle. Her own nails look nice as well. While she works on you she actually talks to you, asking questions so you get the feeling she cares. My daughter's nails lasted for several weeks despite her being a waitress so she's extra hard on them. All in all we had a terrific experience at R & R. Like, Wow!
