expensive!!!!, really bad customer service. this review is for the nail salon, not for the hair salon. only for removing regular polish and doing gel on toes and fingers they charged me $50 and didn't do a good job, messy job, dirty place.

I have been going here every now and then. Anyear or so a go one of the stylist over processed my hair with color. I returned recently and I noticed a substance being out on my hair and left on. This most recent time, one stylist out me under the dryer saying it would get rid of excess water. It was actually some sort of Kreatin treatment. The other shampoo girl comb through my hair with a fine tooth comb and I lost a lot of hair. The price also goes up $5 or $6 every time I go depending on who is there. I don't mind be the keratin treatment - it is just a process a salon should ask it's clients of they want it. Most the time they aren't rude but I do know Spanish and they ladies where talking in Spanish about my request. I acted as if I didn't know what they were saying, but I did. That was rude and the fact she lied about what she was doing to my hair.

Well I went there sometime last week sat right down for curls my curls was done by a guy name started with an R I believe I go back today and they are closed no explanation it's a Tuesday afternoon .

Do not go to this salon!!!! The manager is horrible and rude! I left my daughter to get a blow out and she was told to call and ask me if it was okay to give her a trim. I said okay because she has gotten trims before in a Dominican salon with no issues. My daughters hair was in the middle of her back. When I picked her up, 3 INCHES were cut off of her hair! She is 12 years old!!! She has been crying ALL day!!! The rude manager said there was nothing he could do! STAY AWAY!!!'

I will not return. I needed to get my hair done last minute and could not get an appointment with my regular stylist. while they do a good blow out, they don't tell you that they put chemicals in your hair while the are shampooing . I didn't realize it until they were combing the conditioner through and my scalp was tingling. My suspicion was confirmed when I returned to my regular stylist two weeks later. When she started to shampoo my hair she said my hair smelled like relaxer ! Whatever the chemical was straightened my hair and changed my curl pattern !!!!
