Extremely rude and poorly run. I had an appointment but waited over an hour...while they let others cut the line. Several of us ended up walking out, only to be told "then don't come back". Unreal.

Made my son cry. Stay away from here. Unfortunately I came here today to get the sides of my sons hair trimmed. He was growing the top out. He's 4. She cut everything REALLY short. I let her know that he has autism so he's a little more sensitive about these things - she didn't care. He's still crying.
