very disappointed, should have left before they started. The male owner dug too deep during pedi now toe is infected. Will never go back!!!
0 stars...I will never return to this place! I would never recommend this business. The male who preformed my pedicure was rude, in a hurry & the polish was applied very sloppy. The polish was uneven & all over my cuticles. He was extremely rough with the pumice stone, so much I had red marks on my skin. He did not put my flip flops on before polishing, to worried about rushing to the next person. The chair was broke & would not move back further, so my feet/toes were pushed up against the sink. I should have known walking in because the place was not busy, lesson learned!!
They did a beautiful job on my nails. The last I had them done was at Lavi Nails and Spa in Hutchinson Kansas. They did a horrible job. This lace had to remove and redo for me.
I went in at 5:30 since they close at 7 tonight and when I got there the man was trying to lock up and leave. He let me in anyway but seemed angry. He cut my skin in a couple places and they were bleeding, my shellac manicure turned out bubbly, he didn't even put the clear top coat on, and overall it doesn't match the price I paid since I'm pretty sure he up-charged me. I am very frustrated since my mom goes here frequently and seems to like it, but I had such an awful experience and I am now out $35 on a bad manicure with not so great service.
Very nice gel manicure. Place is a little tucked away however worth the search. You can tell when a place cares for their customers. Great job! The business is no longer called pro nails and is now queen nails. Queen Nails has been here for 5 yrs now.
