Queen's Nails in Baltimore, MD

I've been living in this area for 7 years now and I usually go over to Holabird Ave(East Baltimore County) to get my nails & pedicures done. But because of my recently changed hours at work I took a chance to go to Queens Nail Salon since it's a less than 5min drive from my house and the pass reviews kind of scared me, but I made a very good, very wise decision .  WOW!!, OMG!!! the SERVICE of the staff was EXCELLENT & CARING.
The prices are the same that I pay for when I go to Holabird Ave., (so prices are reasonable to me-but to each it's own‍)
My nails & pedicure is very pretty and nice!!!!! 5's up!!!!!! I also love the way that they take pride in their work to make sure that you get what you pay for.
I had an ingrown toenail on both of my big toes and he just didn't file it down, he removed them both. He could see how much it was paining me, but he took the time out to carefully remove them. I had to leave him with a good tip. Everyone (staff),was/is very polite to everyone that walked in for any type of service. I will continue to come here from now on!!

I asked for a manicure with dip powder nails and the technician only did the dip powder. No manicure. Then when it came time to do my designs on my nails, the other technician rushed and didn't take his time at all. I asked for a very simple white tip design on each nail. Every finger looks sloppy. Never coming back here again.

This is literally the worst nail salon ever. THEY ARE SO RUDE!! I came in for a gel pedicure and i told that to the man servicing me. I noticed he started using regular polish and told him i asked for gel. He insulted me and said "well you've been on the phone the whole time why weren't you paying attention". He then told me i had to pay an extra $15 for wasting polish. I told him it was not my fault he forgot. They all started a commotion in the shop speaking amongst themselves in their language telling me no i have to pay. DO NOT BOTHER i have friends that have had a similar experience so it's not just me. Go to the nail salon directly across the street near weis they know what customer service is over there.

Terrible service. I waited 30 minutes to get my nails done, then when they finally called me the lady told me it was $5 to take the gel off then it was $5 for the length of my nails that I already had, I can't control that. Then when the man was polishing my nails I told him to take it off because I didn't like the color, then he got mad & was like " why didn't you say anything before I polished your nails" first of all how would I know what the color looks like if it's not on my nails. idiot !! I just wanted a fucking fill in

This past Sunday was my first time going there for a nail repair. Let me begin by saying I liked how they repaired my nail until the lady got a snappy attitude with me. Poor customer service!
Oh and let me add on that when I walked in one of the workers looked at me with a dirty look!
Very rude and disrespectful to "certain" customers! Next time I'll go to arundel mills or another nail salon for better service.
Change your attitude! Doing nails good doesn't mean crap if you treat customers as if we are not the reason why you even have a salon!
