Queen Nails in Winnsboro, LA

Went to have my girls nails done the price on the sign was different than what they told me then when it was time to pay it was double..like seriously you charge 100 for 2 little girls nails to be painted only..rip off will take my business elsewhere !!!!

first of all their customer service is absolutely horrible. the man and the women were so rude and i was being as nice as possible. i went in with a design on my mind and i showed the women the picture and she said "sorry i cant do that". so i said okay and just settled with white nails. meanwhile the man walks in and just sits on the pedicure chair playing on his phone. and take note the women was on the phone with her friend the WHOLE time she was assisting me. then three ladies walked in all wanting pedicures so the women left me and went to do their feet. so the man walks over to me and i show him the picture and ask if he can do that and he says "yes i can" so he brings me over to this table and tells me it's gonna be 10 dollars extra to do one design on just my ring finger. so he tries to draw the vine for the leaves and he does it so fast that brown nail polish splashes all over my just painted white nails. then he picks out a green color and paints ONE leaf and looks at me and says "sorry i cant do this design" as both of the vines are painted on my nails and one leaf. so i said okay fine just take it off and paint them white. so he asks for my card and i give it to him and i ask him how much it will be just to make sure he doesn't charge me for a design that he did not even finish. then he proceeds to yell at me and tell me that it is 30$ which personally i think that is overpriced regular white acrylics but whatever. so he gives me my receipt to sign and i signed it and i got up to walk out and i said "thank you" and he just completely ignores me. i definitely do not recommend this place. if you are in winnsboro definitely make the drive to rayville or monroe. and to top that all off their building was disgusting. they didn't even clean off the tools they were using before they did the girls nails that was after me. absolutely horrible. the green ones are what i wanted and the white is what i got. also to mention the paint is already coming off.

I don't even give them a rating at all. Crappy crappy job and not worth the money and the service is the worst I've ever had anywhere. Horrible place. It's hot, unfriendly, and completely overpriced for the work provided.

First off my nails are crooked, not the same length,
And not even! Definitely not worth $25! The lady that was doing them wasn't even paying attention to my nails she was talking, she was doing them in a rush and some of the nails don't even cover my natural nail, won't be going back there!

And, one man that worked there was just sitting in one of the chairs where you get your feet done while other customers were coming in waiting for someone to do there toes, he was on the phone and not worried about the customers! Really aggravating to see people that aren't doing their jobs when they get paid!

On May 15th, I got a gel pedicure and manicure. Two days later the polish had already started to chip. Now I had gel nails before and have never seen it chip so quick so soon. So, today I went back for them to fix it. Politely I told them my problem and he told me to have a seat and wait. While I'm waiting another woman mentions that they must be talking about me because they keep looking in my direction. I simply told her I don't care as long as they fix my nails and I explained to her my problem. After he was finished helping another customer he told me to come. As I was sitting in the chair telling him I only needed the four messed up fixed he decides to scream at me "I know what I'm doing." I proceeded to tell him not to raise his voice because I'm not raising my voice at him. Anyways he then tells me "shut up I know what I'm doing." After that I no longer wanted my nails fixed. There was no need for him to raise his voice. I left with my nails still messed up. I have never dealt with a man so disrespectful and unprofessional in my life. He wasn't just unprofessional to me but the other customers there by acting in such a manner.
