I have been a client of Queen Nails along with my daughters and my daughters' friends for at 5+ years. Today I tried to call to make an appointment and was told my timing would not work. When I tried to talk about alternatives, they hung up on me. I called back, the first time they answered and I asked, did you hang up on me? She said yes and hung up again. I called back 8 times and they hung up on me without answering. This is rude and unnecessary and I have been a happy customer for many years and always tipped very well and I feel insulted that they couldn't even take my call. I will never go back. Terrible, terrible customer service. They lost a long time large tipping customer today. I hope that they see this and know what happened.
Looks like I am in need of a new salon. Service has gone downhill getting a massage that is someone hitting your legs and your arms is painful. It is not relaxing and I am really tired of being asked to keep adding Services to my request so I think it's time to move on I hope this is as constructive and helps anybody else out. Having a $10 increase since Covid and reduced quality of service doesn't make sense to me anymore.

I hope is this review serves as constructive feedback to the owner. First, the upselling is not cool: i usually get a BASIC pedicure but decided to give myself a treat and picked the one a tier ABOVE basic. The nail tech employee tried to upsell me to the third tier. I spent a couple of minutes reading the Menu and had made a mindful choice, not open to upselling. Second: she did not check and focus on the thicker dry skin spots before she exfoliated with the scrubber. I had to point out the obvious spots she missed. Worst of all: please don't watch a video while you're giving the massage! It was weak and you were distracted. I also didn't hear the timer go off. I asked you if you were watching a video and you had the cheek to nod and admit it!
