I went in for a manicure and pedicure for an event. The pedicure was great, but the manicure is embarrassing. I initially picked out gel color to match my regular polish toenails. I told the employee that I probably need tips because all of my nails had broken off very short. She said that gel can't be used for tips, but dip can be. I asked if they have a matching dip color and she said they'd pick it out while I was getting the pedicure. I sat down at the manicure station and she said I didn't need tips, that an overlay would be fine. I didn't know what that was, so I thought it was something else to make my nails long. However, she just gave me a dip (which I HATE the look of dip) and in a horrible unmatched color. On top of that, the dip color is all over my fingers. So, I have super short, ugly colored nails and fingertips. Also, no lotion, cuticle care, nothing.

I'm all about supporting awesome businesses because this year has truly been a tough one staying afloat during a global pandemic. I wanted to quickly update my review just to let the owners Trish and Peter whom I love dearly to say THANK YOU for keeping these feet and hands of mine and my mother through the entire year of 2020. Every time we called to make an appointment, you always dot us in our sometimes hectic schedules and the quality of service is always AMAZING! I've been a faithful customer for almost five years now and it's always nice to YELP about people who love what they do!!! Thy took the necessary precautions to keep us all safe by adding plexiglass at each nail station and full sanitation after each and every customer.

Went to get my nails done a few weeks ago and they did a subpar job. What is even more infuriating is that I left my shoes there. After the appointment they called to let us know that I had left them there. I came in today to retrieve them and they told me they had lost them. Later I called back wondering how they could have lost them and they preceded to tell me they had thrown them away. Not sure why you would throw away a customers shoes. Safe to say I will never be back and neither should you.
