I can't believe this. Just because I am a new client and it's 6:10 when I go in, DOES NOT mean do a terrible job.. This is absolutely unacceptable. My acryilic big toes DON'T EVEN MATCH.. My right side is literally slanting to the side.. and they're not even filed EVENLY.. The polish isn't even even on all my toes, and my biggest pet peeve is when the polish is touching my cuticle.. She didn't even clean it up and let me walk out like this. I'm so embarrassed. What's the point of getting your nails done if you don't even like them... I'm utterly disappointed. To top it off, I understand it's 7:00 PM now and you wanna close your register, so I have absolutely no problem giving you my card to charge. First it was, "It declined. Is your card locked?" Hmmm, it shouldn't be. I checked and it wasn't. "Okay let me try again." She trys again 2 more times with no luck. On top of her literally saying this in front of the other customers!! HOW EMBARRASSING!! I say, "Okay, can I go to the ATM and just pull out the cash?" She said, "Sure, but you have to leave your phone." ?!?!?!?! WHAT. Ummm, I don't feel comfortable with that, so I asked if I could leave my ID. She gives me this cringe look and says, "Sorry, someone did that before and they never came back so you have to leave your phone." BULLCRAP. I'm willing to pay for this terrible pedicure, trust me.. I'm gonna come back. Whatever, cool. My friend was kind enough to pay for it thankful and I had NO ISSUE going to the ATM to pull out the money that I paid my friend back with. All in all, thanks Queen Nail for ruining my night and making me feel like I'm broke. I'm never coming here again and I'm telling everyone I know that if they go, this might happen to them too.
By far the best nail salon in Barstow. Very clean and professional. They do an absolutely beautiful job, no rushing, and wonderful customer service. The prices are excellent for the quality you are getting, and they're always consistent. Love bringing my daughters in for the Princess mani pedi combo.
I got a full set of short ombré coffin nails with Monica that came out absolutely AMAZING! Probably my favorite nails I've ever gotten before. Then I requested just a polish change on my toes-no pedicure. I got moved to a pedicure chair where the man was trying to use the electric nail drill to buff my nail beds. I told him I didn't have gel, and I didn't want gel. It was basic polish. He acted inconvenienced by my request so it felt like he half-assed the paint job on purpose. Some nails are only partially covered in polish. You can see the Polish left on my skin in several spots as well. My 6 year old daughter could have painted them better.
Love my nails. Design and shape was perfect. Quick service as well. Will most definitely go back again.
