First timer! Did a walk in last night at around 5:04. Asked what the wait time was and was immediately answered with we can take you now. I was a bit surprised due to all their techs having clients. I probably sat in the waiting room for 5 minutes before I was called to sit at a desk (which was great). I didn't get the name of the male tech that worked on my nails but he did a GREAT job. Took his time and created exactly what I requested. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
I had the European spa pedicure and it was great. My feet feel so much better. My tech did a great job, my massage was just what I needed and my French tip on my toes was perfect
This place is a kind of hit or miss! My full sets never last anymore than 2 1/2 weeks! they are so rough on your nails. They even cut me multiple times. They always get me to pay extra. They always get me to change up my design so I can pay extra they just want more money ! I only gotten one pedicure from them and it actually wasn't that bad. Yeah the French tip could've been a lot better but it wasn't something I was gonna make a big deal over over! My mom went in there to get a full set. She told my mom she will only be waiting 15 minutes and my mom ended up waiting a whole 45 minutes so my mom ended up walking out and the girl like runs after her and she gets into the car and she comes outside like looking for us looking even in cars!!! I would say go here for a pedicure, but not for nails!!!
Try not to go on a busy holiday weekend. I asked for regular nail polish on my toes and I ended up with gel.
Made an appointment, and like always, they never take you at the appointment time. I feel if you have an appointment, make sure one person is available for your time slot. Last time
