Queen Nail Salon in Jersey City, NJ

I called before coming in to see if they took walk in. It was around 10 am I came and I needed to be somewhere by 12pm. They told me I was good to come in, got there was told to pick a color just for them to ask if I could come back because they put someone in front of me. Could've just told me they were booked instead of wasting my time and gas

I got a pedicure from there and the service was quick and the lady was very kind to me. I don't feel that she scrubbed my feet as well as the other salon I went to but it wasn't terrible! Make sure you tip if you go! I went another time and got my nails done and she cut me twice on my fingers and once on my toes..the nail polish was really cheap.

I been there a few times before and never had a issue. I always wanted Fiona to do my pedicures. The last time I went she dug a little too deep on the side of my big toe and it was a little painful. A couple of days went by and my toe was very sore. I looked at it and it was red and swollen and I was limping. I also couldn't wear shoes. I decided to go to the foot doctor because it definitely didn't feel right and it was infected. A ingrown nail imbedded in my skin. I ended up having to get it cut out basically. I went back and let her know the situation and she asked me "did you have powder" which really would not make a difference it was a mishandling on her behalf. I told her I would not be coming back but she didn't seem to care anyway.

I live downtown but I was staying with friends. I decided to go to this nail salon since it was closer most. When I went home after I got my nails done my nails started to bend like it was jello and when I woke up 4 nails were already off my fingers. I was highly upset. I did complain before hand that I was concerned about one of my nails but she said it was okay it'll look good later but it didn't

Honestly, I wasnt even supposed to come here. I only went to this nail salon because the Queen Nails in Bayonne was still closed. I regret coming to this Queen Nails. First off, the lady who did my nails kept pushing for me to get coffin nails until I showed her the shape I wanted - rounded. Second, her hands were shaking so bad I knew she was going to do a bad job. Third, I wanted a marble design on my ring fingers. I even showed her what I wanted. And she just painted my nail white. After I told her I said I wanted a marble design, she said "oh I'm sorry" and just drew lines. Since it was my first time there, I was nice enough to tip her $5. But best believe that was the last time I will ever go there. A week and a half later, this is what my nails look like now... See picture...
