I have been taking my kids to this place for years now. Since our regular hair stylist hasn't been working, we decided to go with "Griselda" for my 9 year old daughter. Well big mistake, she pulled my daughter's hair as she was brushing it, I saw my daughter in distress and came to her aid as she started to cry saying that it was hurting. So I brushed her hair instead. When we finally left, my daughter heard "Griselda" tell a coworker that my daughter was a "chillona" (cry baby) as my daughter asked me what it meant. If I would have known that what she said while I was there, I wouldn't have left her a tip and had spoken to her in person, although I did call the place and let them know what had happened. They apologized for the incident and that I can request not having "Griselda" cut my kids hair. I won't be going back unless our favorite stylist is back. Apparently "Griselda " is not suit to be a hair stylist , needs a customer etiquette 101 class....
Came here with my dad so he could get a haircut. We walked in and just got a bunch of stares, not even a hello. One of the hair dressers was straightening her hair while the others continued to be on their phones. It was only until we had finished signing in for someone to get up and find someone to cut my dads hair. We've been coming here for years but lately it has gone downhill a lot.
Have been coming here for years. Never had a problem. Not picky on who cuts my hair, BUT today was an interesting one. I had "Griselda" call my name for being next to get a hair cut.....well to my amazement she gets her cell phone and starts having a conversation while cutting my hair. At one point she stopped to ask me how I wanted my hair cut...lol. I was in shock yet found it interesting she had the guts to do this. Right before she was done...she was done with my cut. Not the best haircut, but considering doing 2 things at one time...it explains it. Anyways, other stylists are good.....avoid this one.
Yikes. We walked in one day at opening and the floor was covered in hair in the LOBBY. There was also a portion of a cookie under a chair. Oh, and one of the women was curling her own hair with the store's curler when we walked in. She didn't clean it before putting it back. She didn't clean anything before putting it back. Yick. I know it's only a few bucks for a trim but I wouldn't go there.
