Qtee Nails & Lashes in San Jose, CA

I went here for the convenience of being near my work, but was really disappointed with the service and work. I do not like acrylic and had asked if they have powder with color to put over my natural nails. The person had said yes but proceeded with gel which I had not asked for. My nails were absolutely destroyed and the process was painful. My nails are sore now the day after from the process. Had she said they didn't have it, I would have proceeded with a different place. The person doing my nails was also rude and very aggressive which unmotivated me even more from returning.

I started coming here about six months ago and I haven't looked back! I used to go to a local spot known for their speed, but the work was too rushed or they'd break. At Qtee, they spend the time making my nails straight and strong! Beautiful color selection too and now I get my lashes done there as well!

The first time I went into the store I worked with Emmie/Emmy and my experience with her went great. I was able to just sit down and relax while she copied the photo I had shown her. I loved the way that the salon is decorated and I just thought it was a very beautiful, relaxing place. She is the only reason i'm giving three stars. I was so happy working with her but when I had sat down the second time I was put with another person when I had asked for Emmie/Emmy. The first photo is my inspiration for my nails, all the other ones except for my white nails that were done the first time are absolutely horribly done. My service with this older, smaller, shorter asian woman with tattooed eyeliner and a honey brown sort of hair did my nails today, and I had to teach her and show her how to do the bat design myself. I can't do my own nails because I shake a lot, and this really irritated me because I thought that the design was simple and easy for an experienced nail technician, while she had told me that she would try to do it. Based off of the other reviews I have seen, I expected them to be a lot better seeing as others can do more intricate designs compared to a little bat on two fingers that took about an hour. I was extremely stressed to the point that I didn't even want to pay for this, but I didn't want to not pay her for her service. I would suggest looking into another salon and digging deeper into the reviews to see if they would be up to your standards.

i would not come back here. I came for an ingrown that was hurting i often get them and when i go to nail salons they clean it out and im okay, the next day i woke up after going here and now there is stuff coming out of my toe. Also the lady doing my toes was very rough and rude after telling her i have some pain.

I came in for acrylic full set, Tee did a beautiful job, the shop is very clean and smell like incense, and there prices are way better than salons nearby. I will definitely come back soon. - Highly recommend.
