QT Salon in Westminster, CA

I hope no one ever goes to this salon they completely damaged my hair. A lot of my hair was damaged and practically fallen off. I bet all these supposedly good review are fake. They are so unprofessional and don't care about people hair. I was in the salon for 6 hours and came out not like my hair or service. This place needs to be about down.

I walked in late, but Susan still took me! I needed a blonde root and color correction. Susan took amazing care of me. My new blonde is amazing and what I wanted finally. I had a bad time at another salon but here it was way better. My blonde is finally all 1 color instead of highlights. I love the bleach they use. Top tier bleach product. She did my hair pretty quick but perfect. She offered me snacks, water, clean bathroom. I would definitely come back for my root touch up. I am obsessed with their bleach, it left no burning, no itching, no damage! I am obsessed now. Thank you Susan!

I looked up this salon and based off the yelps I chose to schedule a haircut appt with Susan! They were able to get me in that same day and since I get off of work a little late I'm really grateful Susan was able to accommodate me. Since my haircut my hair has really grown a lot. Susan knows what she is doing, she has years of experience and it shows! Trust her advice and you'll be good! I'll definitely be coming back to her soon.

I have been going her for at least 10 years. Service has been excellent but the one complaint I have to make is most of the time the music is too loud and worse yet is two of the employees talk so loud its almost unbearable to get my hair done with them SHOUTING at each other. I have to come near closing time when the salon is not as busy. I hope ownership can do something about this because its the one big negative about the experience there.
