I walked in on a busy Saturday and was able to be taken back right away. I brought my mom with me to help with holding my 5 month old baby and to get her hair cut after mine. When I was getting my hair washed it became apparent that my baby only wanted me so when I got back to the chair I was able to hold her and she calmed down. Thó Mai was the one cutting my hair and she was SO sweet and patient. She was super understanding of my baby needing to be held and she was very good at cutting the hair away from falling in my lap. She also did not rush and was very detailed in the cutting as well. She was able to style it nicely and give me the cut I had asked for. The whole staff seemed very friendly and busy but efficient. My mom also liked her haircut and had a good experience but she had a different lady cutting her hair. I decided to bring my older daughter in for a cut the following weekend with Thó Mai and her cut and style turned out amazing and how she had asked as well. Same thing Thó Mai was very detail oriented and efficient. The women's cuts are affordable at $30 and convenient to walk in or schedule an appt.

Thank you DANNY for giving me the most satisfactory women's long haircut - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Fairly priced, cut & wash at $30 as of February 2024. Easy communication in English, polite, and comfortable experience. He immediately understood my style after showing a few quick photos & brief description: thinned out feathered ends, no blunt cuts, layered but balanced and smooth, no super short layers/bangs. It's difficult for me to trust new hair stylists, especially after moving around... I've gotten all sorts of unsatisfactory cuts from difficult communication to unbalanced thick layers, but I had no issues with Danny :) Salon was very clean and in a decent location, right next door to coffee while you wait. Tons of customers but plenty of barbers available, so wait was not long. I saw men getting their fresh cuts in and out within 20 minutes looking sharp. Service was amazing, and lady at the front was so friendly, she even was the one to immediately wash my hair and offered me to wait on a seat in the back. Make sure to bring cash or prepare your Venmo/Zelle for tip. I came out sooo content with a smile and feeling fresh with my styled hair - I will be back as a regular!

Came for highlights and trim... $180 later and wish I didn't cheat on my stylist. She was not available as I travel a lot for work and had to do my salt and pepper. Can't wait for my hair to grow and fix this mess.

Beware: horribly inconsistent service. The first time I went to Yashi, the haircut I got was what I asked for: a basic bob no layers. Basically a trim. Today, I went in and asked for a cut of 1.5 inches off length. No changes to my style. The man who cut my hair (Kevin) took off 3-4 INCHES and completely changed the style. My hair went from near my shoulders to higher than my chin. He said mid-cut, "Your hair is longer than it looks...your hairline gets weird the shorter it gets." Unbelievably unprofessional. It's lopsided and double the length off than I asked for. He started in the back and tilted my head down, so I couldn't see what he was doing. By the time my head was lifted, my hair was gone. I'll never come back here, and it's enough for me to warn others not to come here. I think this man actually doesn't know how to cut women's hair. This will take me months and months to grow out. I was just wanting a trim for Valentine's day and a wedding I have coming up. I'm so angry. I feel awful with this new cut.

I came on a Wednesday (walk-in). Before I came, I checked the reviews and I saw some bad reviews but most of them were good. I was a little skeptical but I decided to give it a try. I went for a trim and curtain bangs and my stylist was Derik. He did a good job and just for 30$ I was satisfied with my results:)
