Went here for about 11 years, it is now called Nailtique, I went for my usual appointment and reminded (?) them I do no chip nails and a pedi. She said, " I only have you for a manicure." I said I didn't write that and that I always get no chip and pedi. She said, "well we are busy go sit at number 8 and we'll see if we can 'fit you in'" I sat down and waited... then after about 15 minutes, I left. They lost me as a customer. No respect.
Nailtique = new name. Was searching for a place to do my acrylic fill nearby. Scheduled an appointment. And she did a really perfect job. At other salons I have had people skip the nail prep and the nails fall off. This woman knew exactly what to do and she made my nails the exact shape I wanted. They are thin and absolutely gorgeous. I am so happy.!!
*Renamed Nailaque* Had an amazing experience here! They were very accommodating and friendly given that it was a last minute, walk-in with 5 girls on Christmas Eve! Blew my expectations out of the water and able to provide amazing service! The owner is such a sweetheart!
I had never gone to this salon before, but heard it was under new ownership (with a new name) and wanted to try them out. I called this morning to make afternoon appointments, and even though we were early they were able to start us immediately. My daughter and I both got no-chip manicures. She asked for nail art, which I knew ahead of time was an extra fee, but they took the time to compare the picture of what she wanted and double check w me that it would be ok, which I truly appreciated. I'm very rough w my hands at work, and have not had a manicure since before Covid. My technician went above and beyond to transform my nails. I've had many manicures in the past, but I feel like she took more time on things like trimming my cuticles and adding extra cuticle oil than other technicians in the past. My daughter was beyond thrilled with her nails and loved her first "real" manicure experience, and I'm feeling better about my hands than I have in a while. I'll definitely go back soon!
Just had my no chip manicure and pedicure done at Q Nails. Simon was very good, friendly without being too intrusive. The salon was nicely done, clean, and the art was a nice touch. I have no chip manicures done there frequently and the quality is always great! I'm always surprised when at the 2 week mark they still look good. I would recommend trying them out!
