Q2 Nails in Westland, MI

I was going to leave it alone, but after looking at my eyebrows now I'm mad all over again. The 1 star review is strictly for the girl that did my eyebrows. The gentleman that did my mani & pedi, table number 5, he deserves 5 stars! This girl not only thinned out my eyebrows, she changed the shape on one side and now it's straight!! It is also a bit over priced. $20 for shellac removal on my nails is crazy. $30 for a BASIC manicure with NO polish or shellac. They also tell you that their credit card machine doesn't work and that you have to use their ATM machine to get cash, which is a lie because I overheard another customer ask about it and stated that she only had her credit card which the technician replied "it's okay you can use it, the fees are just cheaper if you pull the money out of the atm". The fee is $2 when you use their credit card machine, the atm is going to charge you $1 on top of whatever your bank is going to charge you for the atm fee which is more than $2.

well.. I came to this nail salon 3 times the first time it was good, the second time was good but third time it was horrible.. I went to this nail salon Saturday afternoon and we picked a color and while I was picking a color this guy was jus standing there looking at me and I was like ok that's weird no one did that before so I sit down at table 9 I believe and I said I wanted an acrylic overlay on my natural nails he said ok.. he started doing my nails and once he put the color I said no this is not what I wanted when I asked for an acrylic overlay on my natural nails and he heard me but he's jus continued to paint them and then tell me to put it in the light I said it several times, and he still didn't listen, so after he was done I told my cousin and she said jus don't tip him ( by the way it was $20 ) without the tip, and then the next day all of them started peeling off and that's why I don't get jus shellac on my nails. On Tuesday i went back and got what I wanted/came there, this lady named Yolanda ( I recommend her ) did them at the first table by the door ( table 18) she is very nice and she did a good job she only charged me $15 + a tip I guess because I already payed the full price the first time but I love them.

Went here only because the nail place I usually go to was booked for the holidays. The guy was slow to do my full set and he had a hard time trying to put the tips on. After only 4 days two of my nails broke on my left hand, just before Christmas. Never had an oddity with my usual place. Got them redone on Christmas Eve for free. But yesterday two more nails broke on the same hand! So irritated and disappointed! Not going back here again.

Really nice shop! Big, clean, friendly staff! Johnny does a really great job! My first time and I got the deep clean pedicure! It felt so good. My toe nails look so clear. He shaped my nails really good. I got a fullset and shellac on my nails and toes. Mint color!

This salon is a bit pricey but worth it...great atmosphere and many choices. I recommend this place because everyone is friendly and it's clean!
