absolutely vile I've been coming here for two years and last night I was completely butchered. I'm in so much pain I'm actually quite scared to get an infection. Do not come here. I asked for a sew cough, and they continued to pry all of my nails off with another false nail and then cut up the sides with the nippers taking out chunks of my thumb. There was pieces of me hanging off and then he tried to rip that off and I walked out. I've been going here for two years and this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had any nail salon. I've spent thousands of dollars at the salon, and I will never go back.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service and terrible work done on my nails. I came in for a pedicure. I was told it was going to be 30. I was charged 52.00 for it. My toes came out crooked and completely cut any which way. Then on top of all of that she clearly wasn't paying attention and completely cut open my cuticles and now I have two infected toes. I will never recommend this place and I will never be back here.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place was "okay" in a pinch back in the day, but now it's awful. They don't pay attention to who is, checking in, take people out of order constantly, and the wait times are ridiculously long. When you do finally get sat down, if they don't feel like doing something, no matter how simple, they will just keep saying "no I can't do that. no I can't do that"for every design that you show them, even though there are people getting way more complicated designs done. Maybe it wouldn't have been so late, if it wasn't for the hour and 20 minutes I had to wait to get into a pedicure, before anyone even realized that that is what I was there for. Nearly 2 hours, wasted, and I'm leaving with no service done. I will never go back.

I've NEVER experienced such poor customer service!! Everyone that knows me, knows I faithfully keep my nails done. And I ALWAYS have come to this salon. After today, I will NEVER be back. So many new workers, and workers that can't communicate English. I paid $35 dollars last Saturday for my nails to be done using what I always do, shellac polish. Tuesday I notice almost every nail has spider web cracking in the shellac. The tech tells me it's because I have real nails. He attempts to only fix 1...... NO, I want what I paid for. After sanding 4 nails and applying the shellac remover he gets angry, speaks his language and gives me $30 from the till and tells me to leave. I'm not sure where Tommy went, but this place is a joke now. So disrespectful and such a horrible way of doing business!!!!

Prices are not posted and change often. Regular pedicure, no bells or whistles, was $35. I think that's high for the bare minimum. Also, they try really hard to push extras on you....for, of course, an upcharge. You have to say, "No, thank you," at least 4 times before the sales pitch and the dirty looks (for not saying "yes" stops.)
