Q Salon and Spa in Tustin, CA

Laura Licata did a really nice job with my haircut !! I love that she was so careful to not cut too much since Im scared of hairstylists since my last haircutter who chopped the hell out of my hair :( Laura always showed me how much she was cutting off and made sure i was okay with it. I also love that she works past 5pm because i was able to swing by after work ! Very convenient !

Frauds, Bullies, and ZERO professionalism and ZERO SERVICE. Not sure who is worse Anthony Altamirano, the OWNER or the RUDE staff. do not BUY a coupon for this salon or give them any Biz YOU WILL REGRET IT. I went to "Cranberries" salon down the road for 5 STAR service with no appointment.. class act this place is. If I can save 1 person from spending there $ in this disaster of a business my work is done. After leaving several VM and messages for Anthony i finally got an appointment i had asked for a particular day and time slot he said that time slow was filled for a couple of weeks I asked for another.. when i showed up he said I had no appointment. My issue is not this it was the way he spoke to me, got in my face, i asked him to stop yelling and stand back. He nor any of the 4 girls standing there ever tried to fix the situation or offer any solutions. The thought standing around laughing at a customer was more fun. what type of place allows for 5 workers to laugh at a customer while Anthony walked over and got in my face.. No integrity.. no woman will feel safe there. from an aggressive man to gossipy girls not worth it. soooo many great salons out there. when i called the business owner to complain she said this "you should have checked the reviews before you bought your coupon" basically saying it is my bad that THEY have awful stylists. lol that sums this place up.. she knows they are AWFUL !! WOW she was more concerned with talking over me, yelling and defending her immature staff than listening to facts.. As soon as she got on the phone she told me she knew what was going on while calling me honey in a sarcastic way.. well im sure you got THEIR version as they tried to save their behinds as each one knows they was NOT kind, polite or service minded in their actions.. so she never even heard me. If you can not listen, learn and be customer minded as an owner sorry you are doomed to fail. ALL the NEGATIVE REVIEWS CANT BE WRONG. ALSO LIVING SOCIAL AGREED THIS GUYS IS PROBABLY NOT EQUIPPED PROFESSIONALLY TO MANAGE CLIENTS AND COUPONS.. WE ALL CANT BE WRONG.. go to any of the 50 salon in Tustin. Where the OWNERS CARE AND LISTEN, THE STYLIST HAVE RESPECT AND ARE MATURE AND THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE NOT GOSSIPY KIDS WHO TALK ABOUT CLIENTS. Lastly - To the Business owner I hate giving business in my community a bad review. I simply wanted you to listen and be respectful. To defend your employees appalling behavior and not even show me respect when i attempted to approach you without taking it pubic. I take pride in my city and community and if you had respect for the community and patrons your business would be better. IT is a small community and bad service travels fast. If you employees think it is ok to make fun of your customers this will get around and your business will suffer.. you should really listen to what you customers are saying.. vs. taking the side of you immature staff. Your staff does not spend money in your salon THE CUSTOMERS DO.. THEY COME FIRST !! BTW - i got my $$ back so i am out nothing... you are left with bad reviews for everyone to see. So your staff can laugh all they want, the owner can talk over me all she wants.. I am out nothing :) and found a great new salon on Irvine Blvd that is happy to listen to all your disappointed customers. :)

Yvette is super talented. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and the color came out perfect. The salon is comfortable, good music, great a/c, and friendly people.

I would definitely recommend Hair by Anthony to a friend! I had a Groupon for a cut wash and style and he did not disappoint! I had waist length bleached hair and it was super dry and damaged and just needed to go and he gave me a really nice and clean cut tailored to what I wanted and what would actually look good on me. Sometimes what's on Pinterest isn't the cut for you and he made sure I looked great! He was also suuuuper nice and we talked about music festivals and life and he was super sweet. 10/10 would recommend for a great cut and blowout!

Just as the previous complaint, i never heard back from this business. I had the same voucher for Anthony altamirano, not even sure that's a real person. I called and called for weeks. Pathetic what some people do to steal some money from trusting customers. groupon should be ashamed. by the way, i got a refund from groupon without any disputes. Sounds like they know very well what kind of voucher they sold people.
