Q's Spa & Nail Bar in Santee, CA

I've been coming here off & on for several years with mixed thoughts on the service. Some days it felt as though the service was being rushed. That all changed tonight. I was fortunate to have Mimi work on my pedi. She was very attentive to my requests and took her time to do a thorough job for me. Even when I thought she was done, she noticed something about my nails that she didn't like and went back to fix them. This is the best pedi I've gotten here. I will be back. They have recently remodeled and the place looks amazing.

This is my second time visiting this nail salon and the customer service is great! I make the trip to this nail salon from Chula Vista just to get my nails done by My! She's amazing! I've been getting my nails done by her for about 4 years now and she always does a great job. My is very precise with her work and takes her time to make sure my nails come out how I like. I usually get dipping powder or French tip nails, I always love the way they turn out. I strongly recommend this salon and getting your nails done by My! :)

This was my first time here and I had a great experience. It's super clean, the price for my pedicure is cheaper compared to the last nail spa I used to go to, and they offer a complimentary drink! The nail tech that did my pedicure was super considerate, careful, and friendly. I heard that this nail spa is under new management, so kudos to them for providing such a great experience! I'm looking forward to going back for my next nail appointment.

I used to be a loyal customer until management changed and my favorite nail tech left, so I don't visit this salon anymore. That being said; the new part owner, Jay, is a fantastic tech that does excellent dip nails. They have an extensive dip and gel selection. They offer wine, soda, and water. The vibe could be a little hectic some times and they weren't always organized. Q's Spa & Nail Bar is still a nice salon with good techs but I will follow my nail lady almost anywhere.

I so wanted to have a positive experience, and positive review for Q's Spa & Nail Bar, but sadly to say I did not. As a new costumer, I was not aware that asking for a Matte Top Coat would cause such a problem. One tec said it was ok, and another insisted it was not, until the owner ( I believe) had a 10 minute discussion about it, and others came over to talk about it ( yes, I understood every word). To add insult to injury, I was the only one they did not offer a beverage to. I really liked my nails, but the way they made me feel was horrible. I suppose the clients you have established is good enough, and new clients are not welcome.
