I literally waited 3 hours for service for myself and my child my child literally went outside to go to sleep in the car and came back hey let people jump past us in line and got their nails done before we did and we had been waiting almost a whole half an hour before they even came in. Owners are beyond their ego and even had a young girl that was under 18 working. We had an important travel to get to and went there to get our nails done before we left unfortunately we weren't able to get it done. Stains on the wall and on the chairs.
They do great work but don't care how long someone is in there I have been sitting over a hour to get one nail fixed on a tuesday every time I come I have to dedicate my whole entire day sitting on their couch for them to be done in 30 minutes other than that they are great
They don't care about there customers my nails look like a 3 yo did them worst service
This was my first time at Q nails and i was very disappointed.I purchased the deluxe pedicure and she by far gave me a 60 dollar pedicure she kept her gloves on the whole time i thought because of the virus but the other employees didn't wear gloves and let me tell you scratchy gloves feel awfully on the skin.Im looking for a new nail place because im new to the area any ideas or recommendations please comment
