They were able to get me in on short notice, and were very friendly. The woman who took care of me was wonderful and very fast, plus, my nails look great!

Q Nails does great work. It's clean and friendly. They do a great job taking care of their customers. It's a family-owned business. I highly recommend! Suggest making an appointment, they're so busy.

I went in late at night on a Saturday. I waited for the sisters to finish up their current clients and once they were finished she began my nails. I got gel polish and fake nails put on. She did an amazing job! Super friendly and was very efficient. Well later that night I noticed I had a bubble in the one nail. So I went back the next day and she fixed them for me no problem! The girls that work here are super nice and know how to do their job!!

I stopped in to get a full set of nails at Q-Nails & Spa in the Clarion Mall. I haven't had them done in a very long time and I have some events coming up so I thought I would treat myself to some nice nails. When I walked in, there were no customers - this should have been my first clue. But I thought, how bad could it be? Maybe it's just slow because it's a weekday. There was only on employee working, and she took me right away. It seriously only took her 15 minutes to put on a full set. Some manicurists are really good and fast - this was not the case. She immediately cut them too short. I protested and she told me they would be fine, so I thought maybe they would look ok once the gel and polish were on. She didn't check to make sure they were even. She looked away from my hands most of the time that she was working on them. Another customer came in and said she was in a hurry, so the lady working on me started rushing even more. I guess that other customer was more important. I kept telling her that she was hurting me as she bended my fingers in all directions, and when the drill made contact with my skin. She ignored my complaints. She sent me to another table to be painted, and I told her I didn't like the nails. They were way too short, jagged, uneven, and the edges looked like they hadn't been filed. She yelled at me and told me that's what I asked for. I told her no, I wanted them filed more so they would be even. So she angrily grabbed my hands and filed the nails down to nubs, while looking away the whole time. By the time she was done, it looked as if I hadn't even gotten tips put on, it looked more like I had just painted my own short, stubby nails! I protested more and told her they looked awful and that I was not happy and wanted them fixed. She was very rude and just kept yelling 'thank you, thank you, thank you' as I complained, never once offering to fix the problem. I'm a nice person. I'm not picky at all. This is not a case of a spoiled, pampered girl not getting her way. She was absolutely rude and did not listen to me at all. I ended up going to another salon, where everyone in the place came over to look at the horrible job she had done. They were all shocked and wanted to know who did them because they looked so bad. I got them re-done, and they were wonderful. But it ended up costing me twice as much that day because I did pay for the bad ones. What was I going to do, walk out and not pay? I would NOT receommend this place. I left in tears.
