I'm a picky client when it comes to my nails and get nervous at the thought of trying a new nail salon. However, Q Nail met and exceeded all of my expectations. Right when I walked in I was warmly greeted, immediately shown the polish choices, and offered a drink. I had a pedicure which was great and the dip powder manicure was the best I've ever had because it was thin, last over 4 weeks and lifting never occur once!! Highly recommend this place!

Worst experience ever at a salon. I had a pedi and then Acrylics. My pedi was done by a female and she did fine. She turned me over to an older male and he was awful! First of all he smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. He then was so rough with me and I sat there miserable and almost got up in the middle and left. He told me many, many times to relax! He poked and pushed and I came home irritated and sore. The next day and my nails are still sore. Also a younger male was watching the whole time learning from this man. So sad that he's going to learn from the rudest, roughest nail person I've ever been to! My nails turned out pretty but not worth the money and pain! I will never go back to this salon again, ever!
