Q Nail Salon in Tarpon Springs, FL

Every time I go there Kim does a beautiful job and takes very good care of me. With my disability I thought I would have a hard time getting my pedicure but she takes her time and it is a pleasure to work with her. Thank you

I went to this nail salon it is close , about 2 maybe 3 years ago it was terrible and I think it's new owners now . So I tried at first I had a pedicure a couple of weeks ago and it was fine . So I came back for my nails and I wish I didn't . First of all he dremaled my nails maybe 2 times with different files , fine but I wanted a fill and gel top . I have never paid 38 for a fill . For a full set yes but wow expensive. It doesn't say anything about being 38 dollars on their pricing . But they said well it's a gel cover so more money . The whole thing didn't look any better than when I came in . It was shoddy and I asked for a certain design and it was totally different than what I get . He said it was a different polish . Ok I get it ( not really coz it was never done that way . So forget that , back to nails , I couldn't believe it took 3 coats to cover the imperfections. Probably another would not cover either . So I would never go back their . The price was ridiculous so I said I wasn't staying for my pedicure I just wanted out of there . As I left I stopped at the store and was talkie about it and the girl said she would never go back either . She went for a standard pedi and her eyebrows she h ad to pay 60 bucks coz the pedi was more than she wanted . So find another place coz they suck !!!! . I never had n 30 years had to experience this lousy place. Yes all nice chairs but the man did not do right by me after I realized he should never put the color on coz I had pink and white and the white was not grown out yet so I didn't know until I got home that it still shows through( the white part ) . 3 coats and he as the so called professional didn't say a word . Where I usually go she fixes it and does more prep so you don't see anything. So what I'm trying to say is I will never change again . I just thought it was so much closer but certainly not worth it .

I am no from here and I was looking to get my nails done near where my aunt is at , please don't come to this place. Do your self a favor and drive to boutique nails in Trinity is about 20 mins away but I don't want to drive far ( is far for me coming from Hawaii where everything is 5 min away lol ) anyways don't come here , terrible job and they are extremely rude !!!! Is so ridiculous.

After this pandemic has calmed down me and my cousin decided to pamper ourselves. Which we decided to choose Q Nail Salon because it was convenient at the time. I was getting a manicure and pedicure and my cousin was getting a pedicure. I don't know if my nail tech was the owner or not, but she sat by the desk. As she was servicing my manicure, my cuticles wasn't pushed backed, polish was on my cuticles, polish wasn't cleaned and some cuticles were left. She wasn't focused on my nails because I noticed she kept looking at her phone and rushing to do my nails. When it came to my pedicure, which my cousin was serviced before me, I had to ask water to be warmer. She never asked what pedicure special I was receiving which disappointed me already and as she was doing my pedicure she had to look at the instructions on the kit in which she did wrong. She finished my pedicure before my cousin's was finished and mind you her tech started way before mine did. As a customer who usually gets her nails and feet done once a month, I was very disappointed in my service because I felted I was being rushed, which this will be my first and last time coming here.

I moved to Tarpon Springs a year and a half ago , this is by far the best and cleanest nail salon by far ! They updated there pedicure chairs and they are amazing . They use the tub liners which is nice because you know your always putting your feet in a clean bath . They always take there time which is nice because my feet sometimes can be difficult to work on with ingrown nails . Every time i get a full set they look beautiful and stay on a long time , ive also had regular gel manicures and they always look great. highly recommend.
