Just went to this place for waxing and was very upset with their service. They brought in an untrained person to help and didn't ask me if it was ok, if you are training someone it's fine but at least let the customer know what they are getting, on top of that they kept talking in their language the whole time, they also got wax all over my shoes and clothes and did bother to help clean it up. I think for $75 I could have gotten better service and felt more welcome.

Puspa Day Spa has been my favorite spot to get my eyebrows threaded for years. Bhawana is incredible and always threads my eyebrows perfectly- she's the only person I trust in the whole DMV! Puspa (the business owner) always offers great customer service and has performed laser treatment on me. The procedure is quick, affordable, painless and works so well. After about just 3 sessions of laser hair removal on my armpits, I haven't experienced ANY hair growth. I highly recommend going here if you want effective treatment and perfect eyebrows.

I decided to get my eyebrows done and walked into this place. I told the lady that I had been growing out my eyebrows and just to clean it up but keep the fullness. Not only did she make them too thin but they're not even. She even cut me badly. Not going back.
