Pure Natur Salon & Spa in Fairview Heights, IL

I scheduled a appt with this business that was cancelled via text 1 hour prior to my appt. I am very upset because I chose this business out of all businesses I was looking into for a well needed facial. And on top of that me being a business owner myself I scheduled my entire day and work day around this appt only to walk in and they tell me the esthetician is not in due to a family emergency which is understandable but does this business not have more than one esthetician? And when I asked what number did they call to inform me of this situation from she said there was a text recieved which happened to be from a 1-800 number. The hostess was not helpful at all and to me seemed as if she didn't really care.

Highly recommend this salon. Came here for hair colouring and had Murl handle me. He was very welcoming, friendly and and a great conversationalist. Great at his work, did what I wanted for my hair.

One word: exceptional. Aveda salon is the place to go for perfection. The products, the artists /stylists, the results=incredible! My hair had recently been through a lot & they worked with me to make an appointment as soon as possible. Their front desk is friendly, knowledgeable, and always so professional. My hair has recently been in Becca's hands & OH MY GOODNESS-- she is so talented! She has given me beautiful blonde hair (exactly what I wanted). I cannot recommend Pure Natur / Becca enough. It's also important to note that their Covid protocol makes you feel so safe-- top notch screening and sanitization protocols.

I really happier with this salon, They manage procedures in place for COVID-19. The please clean and sanitize. I had done my hair with Kassandra's she so nice and done the great job. I love my hairstyle so much.
