My friend and I had an appointment to each get a pedicure, mine was mediocre. First of all, I sat and soaked til I was a prune (about 45 minutes) until anyone started me. By then my friend was almost done. Secondly, I'm used to spending no more than $55 for a gel pedi. By the time I was done and went to pay, I found my tab was $85! This facility has a bunch of add on charges that are typically not extra where I've been. When I'm getting a gel pedi, it is expected to remove gel as the service, etc. I've never in my life been nickel and dimed so much. By the time I tipped, I could've gotten two decent pedicures elsewhere.
I'm not sure why the reviews on here aren't good! It wasn't an awful place to get your nails done... this isn't my usual spot though. I usually go to Glimmery Nails which is THE BEST. They weren't able to fit me in so I decided to try somewhere new and last minute. I was able to get in right away! Divine was VERY clean and friendly. They also had a LOT OF COLORS. I do dip and most salons don't have a ton of colors, but they had so many choices. I didn't like that my nails didn't get filed after dip and I didn't like the process she used to do dip, but everyone usually does it differently. Would I recommend? Sure. Wouldn't run back, but if you're running out of options then this place isn't horrible!
I took my cousin to get her mani pedi done and being I am not from here, this was a pleasant surprise. They did a thorough job on our feet. Very impressed. I would go back for sure.
my friend came here and she asked for Medium length coffin nails and she ended up getting CROOKED,SHORT, and UNEVEN nails that's she didn't ask for! She was very upset with the way the staff and nail techs treated her! they didn't even trim or cut her cuticles. When the nail tech was getting ready to do her nails she didnt wear gloves or wash her hands after working with another client. My friend was very DISAPPOINTED in this nail salons service when she ended up paying 45$ for something that she didn't want! She ended up getting a short square nail that was not even length on each finger and was just one solid color of white. Please don't go to this nail salon because they will treat you poorly (based off reviews) and they overprice their nails. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
Honestly felt like an abused child 2 minutes into my mani/pedi. Wasn't a hard service as I requested straight polish on bare nails but the techs demeanor was frightening. Swats at your hands each time he needed a different finger and never touched my cuticles. Requested a nail repair on a weakened natural nail but didn't bring it up again when he began polishing over the stress crack because his attitude had already caused tension. $85 dollars for an unprofessional and anxiety ridden service. Terrible
