Unfortunately there aren't too many Korean salons in the area, so many of my friends keep coming back despite the unsatisfactory cuts / long wait times after scheduled appt times..
But out of curiosity, and since I'm not too picky and just needed a trim, I decided to make an appointment at the same time as my boyfriend's existing appointment. When I arrived early however, we were greeted with "are you sure you had an appointment? ...today?"
Then they interrupted one stylist while they were with another client, and asked if he would have some time. And we were told to wait 15 minutes. Of course we waited and waited until a different stylist freed up and asked the gentleman waiting next to us if he had an appointment, and did not bother to ask us.
When we finally asked when we'd be seen, the free stylist got off his phone and reluctantly said he would cut my hair, but he had an appointment in 20 min. So naturally, I declined the 20 min haircut from the stylist who made it clear he did not want to cut my hair.
During these tough times, it hurts me to leave a negative review on a small business, but it's the repeated indecency of wasting peoples' time that needs to be addressed.. Please do better for your clients.

This is the worst haircut I've ever gotten in my life. No joke the worst haircut. Just look at the pic. It looks like I got in a fight with a weed whacker and lost. I suppose it's not entirely PSC's fault. I should have known better when the haircut from the man that was cutting my hair looked beyond foked up. This should have been a good indicator that my hair was not going to be any better. I went to my regular hairdresser in Atlanta and the first thing he said was, did you try to cut your hair yourself? FML. If you're a Korean male and you like the look of North Korean styled cuts, this may be the place for you. I would say you would have a better cut at great clips than you would this sh!t hole.
Pretty much exactly what I wanted. It took a long time but Ellie never seemed tired or annoyed at how long it took to do my hair (about three hours) I got a cut and color and she styled my hair. It was perfect. I will definitely be going back
I've been here several times over the last year. What keeps me coming back is it's close to my house and I know whomever trims my hair will do a good job. They know how to cut a women's angled bob. It would be nice if the staff wasn't so completely ackward each time. Perhaps it has to do with most of their customers being Korean, so they feel uncomfortable with English.
