Philip does a great job in my children's hair and he listens to what you want. He cares about the kids as well and has a great rapport with them. I would highly recommend him.

P's & Q's is the only salon I'll take my toddler for a haircut - Phil has the patience of a saint. Our son screamed and wiggled through the entire haircut and somehow it still looks great. We've taken him to another couple of places just to test the service and they paled in comparison to Ps & Qs. Highly recommend.

After 9 hours walked out without anything closely resembling what I thought I was getting. And a ruined new shirt on top of that. Yes you offered to open the salon the next day and quickly changed your mind. I also said I would not come back. I took a month to write this review because I wanted to make sure I got my money back on my credit card. I don't take writing a bad review lightly. At no point during this process did you tell me the color I wanted would not happen. In fact, you told me if at some point the color does not take we can always change it back to your original color since color was striped. I have only colored my hair 2xs in the 3 years since my hair grew back from chemo so it wasn't over processed hair. I am physically unable to sit that long due to effects of chemo and at one point I asked you to please stop cutting my hair - that I couldn't sit for any longer. I left the salon with a haircut I didn't want and had pink hair in some places. I came to your salon at noon and left at 8pm that night. There is no way I would have come back the next day. I had to go to another salon the next day for them to try and fix my hair and spend $65 for corrective color. That salon was horrified at the condition of my hair. I showed you a picture of what I wanted and at no point did you tell me it was unachievable. In fact I was a little nervous about doing this change but you and your receptionist encouraged me to make this change. I had not idea what I was in for. And then to try and charge me $250 and you even said this process would normally cost $350. At no point during this entire time was this amount ever discussed with me. You reluctantly came down in price to $129 which I unfortunately paid. I should have been charged $0. You knew it was a disaster. As for my shirt the next salon I went to said you should have paid for it. But instead I got from you "that happens sometimes." And that best part was that you didn't even finish the transaction when I was paying the $129. You got up and stormed off and had someone else finish the transaction. Sorry but this was poor customer service all around.

My wife and I took our 21 month-old son for his first haircut yesterday. His stylist, Phil, was so patient with him, despite our son's howling and screaming. After his haircut was done, he received an adorable certificate in recognition of his first haircut. The other staff members we extremely kind and accomodating, even offering refreshments and a snack. It was also very convenient being able to book our appointment on their website (this is a really nice feature when you have a young child who does not have the ability to be patient and wait if we had walked in without an appointment). The salon itself seemed new, clean, and had ample seating. We could not be more pleased with our experience at P's and Q's Salon and will definitely return.

I have been a patron of P's and Q's for over a year now! And, I have NEVER been happier with my color and cut. I leave feeling like a million bucks. Jesse is a creative genius and Philip also loves the scene! Newest addition, Kim, rocks cuts and color as well and fits in nicely with the team..... Now open on Sunday! Try it, you will NOT be disappointed!
