I have now been twice. Once for me and once for my daughter, who is 3yo. I went for a blowout and style for a wedding and my daughter went to get her hair put into a sleek ballet bun for her dance recital. We had appointments, but both times waited almost 20min into our appointment time to be taken. For my hairstyle I wanted some loose curls with some pieces pinned for a nice style to go to a wedding. The stylist only curled my hair after being frustrated while blowing out my hair. It seemed like me asking for something simple and not just curls was the worst idea ever. My style, I can let go of, I ended up being able to fix it a bit when I got home but after paying $68 with tip I was a little disappointed. The KICKER was my daughters hair. She is 3yo. She doesn't love getting her hair brushed and I warned the stylist who told me her hair would take "5min". Which was annoying because more effort should be taken with her. As she started pulling my daughters hair up for a high pony to become a bun my daughter started sobbing. The stylist then started rushing, which I get to limit her being upset. However, my daughter has curly hair - picture long big banana curls- so it can be bumpy if not brushed through. Her bun was cute but her hair wasn't hair sprayed great and hair was coming out of her bun. The curls weren't flattened against her hair - and then had the AUDACITY to charge me $60 (ended up being $66 with tip). WHAT?! Let's just say I'm not going back.

Was recommended by two people who have all their hair services done here. I needed a simple braid hairstyle done for my daughter's prom. We arrived five minutes early for a 1:30 appointment. At the time of booking the appointment we told the stylist what time we would need to leave by (2:30) so she suggested the 1:30 appointment stating that we would have plenty of time and that another stylist would be helping her with the braid. Well, we waited 20 minutes and wasn't put in a chair until 1:50. After getting prepared, it was now 2:00. Showed the picture to the stylist Michelle, a simple French braid, off to one side, almost like a side ponytail, curled at the ends. She stated that the other person who was mentioned that would help with the braid would not be in until 3:00 and that she was "not good with braids" and "would do her best". She started teasing my daughters long, straight hair. Then she proceeded to do some strange twist type style across the bottom of her head. Not at all like the picture or what we asked for or what was discussed. It looked horrible. We reminded her that my daughter wanted a braid and she started over, again though doing some strange thing across the bottom of her head near her neck, not at all like a normal French braid starting from the top of the head. She pulled hair from the braided piece to make it look "bigger" (again, not at all like the sleek, tight braid in the picture shown). She then began curling the bottom without even finishing the rest of the hairstyle. Again, we said that we wanted a braid done from the top of her head, off to one side. By now, it's almost 3:00 and we had been there, in her chair for an hour and the only thing that was done was a braid going across her head by her neck which we didn't want. I could see in my daughters face how unhappy she was. Michelle also had another client waiting since 2:30 that the receptionist kept reminding her about so now she was getting frazzled and annoyed. So now we told her we have to leave soon, that we were running late, so she just added a braid from the top, sprayed it and said we were done. Didn't even fix the curls at the bottom. It was horrible. I left the salon crying to go pull up my car that was parked far away leaving my daughter who was clearly upset and my mother who was gifting this to my daughter for her prom. When I pulled up the car they came out and my daughter burst into tears. I don't know why my mom even paid for it but she said when we got home we would fix it. Well, being that we were now running an hour behind schedule, there was no time for that. We went home, took the hairstyle out and she wore her hair down which completely ruined the whole look for the night having a one shoulder dress with an intricate back. It looked like a rats nest that she had slept in for five days. I could have done that for free. To top this whole thing off. There was a receptionist, a makeup artist, another stylist who left, and the owner in the salon during the time we were there. The owner, was dyeing her own hair and had her child who was there with her. Didn't say a word. You would think if you see one of your employees struggling you would offer some help or speak with the customer to help the situation. Nope. She was too busy doing her own hair and running after her child. I would never, ever go back here or recommend this place to anyone! Completely ruined my daughter's special night and leaving her to rush to get ready. I want to leave -20 stars but Yelp won't let you post a review without putting any stars. They do not deserve the one star. Horrible.

I went for full head highlights but did not check pricing because I had been there before with a stylist I liked but who was no longer there. The highlights price for my medium hair were $239 plus $29.50 for Color Wow and then 79.50 for a cut and blow out. I was there in the past and the cost and this visit wash much higher than expected. In the beginning even though I had an appointment and was the only person at the time, I was left in the back by the sink for quite a while waiting with processing hair. I had to ask for a towel for my neck between the smock because the towel was too small and fell off. One attendee was folding towels helped me out. Later my hair was cut and styled facing away from the mirror by the "artist." She was cleaning a brush that she was going to use on my hair which made me wonder why it was not clean beforehand. After 2hours or more later my hair looked okay but the "Highlights" were not really visible and just looked like blonde color on my blonde hair. I paid for the service of the salon workers and tipped everyone as normal but between the highlights and cut I was not impressed and I will not return.

Really clean modern salon. I thought originally it was only a blow out place but they also give hair cut. Stephanie did a fabulous blow out!
