Amber is the best! She did my poor neglected hair and brought it back to life. She's so nice, expains everything, makes sure you are getting what you want. I love Amber! The place is on a cool Victorian home, clean, wonderful atmosphere.

Linda C Joyce is my stylist I went to her 3 years ago I told her style my hair to my face shape my lord she did outstanding job she put a brightener to make my gray hair shine like a new penny if you want to be pamper this is the place to come too!! Joyce you are fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is the absolute worst. My younger brother who is 10 years old got a hair cut and the man who was cutting his hair named Jimmy just threw his hands up in the middle of the haircut and said he's not doing this and yelled at us to get out. And my older brother has prom today and Jimmy gave him a buzz cut that he was crying about. 0 stars. This is unbelievable. This demonic act of Jimmy is just unbelievable.

I first came to this salon because they stated their stylists did razor cuts for women. Needless to say, Joyce only razor cut my hair for only two times that she styled my hair. The third time she cut my hair was all scissors and it looked horrible. Instead of each layer blending into the other, my hair looked like the Stepped Pyramid in Egypt! Foolishly, I kept going back but each time when I made my appointment I asked for a razor cut and back to the freaking scissors! I was getting fed up Joyce always being late and having to wait at time almost 20 to 30 minutes for her to arrive. I tried one more time and even had a photo of the cut I wanted. Joyce started with the razor and stated it was too dull because she was pulling my hair out. Instead of changing the razor blade out for a new - she pulled out her scissors and proceeded to butcher my hair again! I spent almost an hour when I got home retrimming my hair. Oh yes, the style I received did not even look close to the photo Joyce was shown. I got a better haircut at Great Clips for a third of the price!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not only was I ridiculously overcharged for the services given, I got the exact opposite of what I requested. I'm not an unreasonable client, lightening hair is a process. The owner of the salon flat out refused to put lightener in my hair, even though most of the staff, and herself, are bleached blonde. I had light auburn hair, requested balayage with light brown ends, dark blonde if anything - nothing extreme. Tell me why I came out with dark brown hair? Also explain to me how she used foils on my hair and yet it's all one dark shade of brown? All I requested was not to be a brunette, but that's exactly what I got. Also, staff was inappropriate in comments that were made. ‍
