We called for a same day appointment and they were able to schedule us within an hour. They assisted us quickly and were very friendly! My boyfriend got the tropical pedicure and I got the jelly pedicure with gel polish and French tip design. It is clean and a relaxing interior with massage pedicure chairs.

Very few nail salons offer the jelly pedicure. It's honestly the selling point for me when I decide to try a new nail salon. It comes with all your standard services plus the jelly soak, callus removal, scrub, paraffin wax, and hot stone massage.

They are reasonably priced for what they offer, the quality and the location. They have a wide range of price points and something for everyone.

I would definitely recommend!

My first experience here is warm and welcoming by both nail technicians and front desk staff. I was offered water and juice which helped add to the positive experience. It would be a great addition if they had tea! Services I received were pedicure and dip powder manicure and I loved both! Thank you so much everyone!

I like to wait days to make certain
I'm not lost in emotion before submitting a negative comment. Let me begin with the best part of the story first. A phone call to the owner by the counter person caused me to get what I needed.

I've been a patron for over two years. At first the nail quality was good. I had one technician until she began being abusive. Trusting my hands and yanking them because my hands were causing her discomfort. I explained to her I have arthritis. At least her nail treatments were on point. I never had to return.

After several uncomfortable treatments I moved to another technician. She was horrible. Then I got another. He was good at first. Then he got careless some nails had issues. He got angry and argumentative when I returned to have an adjustment made to his work.

This last occasion my nails were not given nail care and have become so thin and brittle I can no longer get my gel nails. I have embarrassing  nubs now. I set and kept an appointment for a regular manicure. Knowing there would be chipping and require more care than the gel polish I asked for a regular nail polish so I could maintain my nails as often as needed. I called and shared with the customer counter person I couldn't remove the polish. She said come in we will remove the polish at no charge.

I arrived and the unaware counter person on duty went to the techs seeking action for my polish removal. Vivian a tech who sits in the first table on the right as you enter the salon. Vivian jumps up and says no I don't want her. Nobody wants her. She's a problem everybody scared to wait on her. Then I was told there would be a $10 removal charge. I shared ai was told it would've free. She called the owner and the owner honored the no charge event. Another technician welcomed me to her station and removed the polish and would not accept a tip. This part. I always tipped even when I returned for a correction.

Like I want to go back and redo something I've already spent money and time to get done.

I feel very scarred by Vivian. I've never been so humiliated and publicly embarrassed by a service attendant. 0 stars

I walked in and walked right back out. I was willing to try this place since it is right behind my neighborhood. When I walked in, it was not the vibe. There was the strong smell of chemicals and there was no "hi welcome" when I walked in. The young lady working the front desk looked like she was training a new girl and they were both trying to ring up the customer that was in front of them. I could overhear the young lady asking the customer what type of services she got and then said to the girl she was training or not training, that whatever type of service the customer got was not in the menu to ring her up. Yeah overall bad vibe. Enter at your own risk.

For the past 11 years I have had my pedicure and manicure done, toe regular polish but finger nails are with dipping powder. Never have I encountered a problem with the fingers. The first experience was the final clear coat started peeling off within 6 days, I did not go back and complain, gave them a second chance and this time the clear coat and nail color was chipping off at the tips as if I had just regular nail polish on. Having your nails done and the cost is to avoid your nails chipping and breaking. I went back 7 days later and showed them my nails and they refused my refund only asking for the fingers refund. Four women employed there all witnessed my nails and not one would recognize that there was definitely a problem with the process. They offered to fix my nails and or a gift card but that's not the point! The process products they are using are not good. Someone told me they get their nails done at this location and Professor nails and spa is definitely more expensive then the regular place I was going in which I will be returning to in the future. Just thought I would try a new place and that was a big mistake. $270 later !
