Professio Nails in Waipahu, HI

I've been coming here since moving to Waipahu in 2021 and by far the best place in Waipahu. I've tried 3 other nail salons since then and non of them beats the service and quality here.

This place may not be the most fanciest looking but it is clean and the workers are very friendly. I always get a pedicure and they always do an excellent job. I love how it's not rushed either unlike other places and other places over charge things. If you're a simple person like me, this place is awesome!!

When they applied the nail tip it wasn't completely on my natural nail. I didn't notice until she already applied the acrylic. When I brought it to her attention she said it gives it a more natural look.

Whenever we are in Oahu we always get our mani and pedi's done here.  This is the only spot we come to. They're super friendly, professional and they take their time doing their profession. Got my husband to come with me to get his feet pampered. Now he is hooked! They take such good care of us. The impressive thing about their whole staff is, they remember us. It could be years we don't come due to Covid and they still remembered us. They are an awesome bunch. We love coming here to get pampered!

I recently visited Professionail for a much-needed pedicure, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service and care I received.

First and foremost, the lack of wait time at Professionail was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated how the salon managed their appointments, ensuring a smooth and prompt service.

The speed at which Professionail worked was equally remarkable. Despite the fast service, there was no compromise on quality. The leg massage and scrub at Professionail were an absolute delight. They even helped to remove calluses!

Lastly, I would like to mention the convenience of ample parking at Professionail. Finding parking can often be a hassle, but Professionail had plenty of available spaces because it is located in the same parking lot as the Petco and Safeway.

Overall, my experience at Professionail was wonderful. The efficient service, wonderful leg massage, perfect color application, friendly staff, and convenient parking all contributed to an pleasant visit.

Due to the shortest time frame that my gel mani has ever lasted, I had to write this review. Spent over $70 plus a good tip for a gel mani and pedi on Saturday, 3/4, only to start to peel off by Tuesday, 3/7. I couldn't believe it. Never have I gotten a gel mani that didn't last at least 2 weeks. And no, I wasn't doing anything strenuous to have it come off. By Thursday, 3/9, three other nails had peeled off as well, so I just removed all of them at that point as it looked horrible....what a waste of money. Definitely will not be back.
