Did a great job. They were ready for me at my appointment time. Price was competitive.

There was no wait when we came in. Worker instantly helped us. Good communication. The service requested was exactly what we wanted. The atmosphere was not bad at all. There was music playing and 2 different channels on tube television. One news and another, a movie channel, I believe. Good all around.

Service is always Great with D.  I always go to Diem "D" for short.   I love to do new designs and D has never told me No.  besides that she makes sure all the polish and activators are cleaned off around the finger tips. Although they will dry than peel off,  that could cause it to have an area where it will lift in the future.  I don't have to worry about that with D.  She always takes great care to clean around finger nails.

Btw.  I regularly get Powder aka Dip manicure.

I had Horrible experience the last Time and over priced for kids manicure. Bad customer experience the lady did my daughter nails left my daughter unattended and talking with their language right after she did her job and was just using a fan to dry her nails. I asked for a specific nail tech in advance because of language barrier my 9 yr daughter was with her. know they talk trash about us coz the owner keep on saying Filipina filipina with an angry voice so I think they expect to have an adult customer. I was giving him a stink eye and I swear on my head that won't ever come back to this horrible place for kids. Wish we don't even bother tip the mean lady coz her she gave a bad service to my daughter. The nail polish came off the next day. So zero stars to this nail place horrible experience and I feel so bad for my daughter.

Made an appointment and they took me right away. I wanted a gel polish pedicure color change and a gel polish acrylic fill.

Pedicure was fine, however the manicure turned out like this. The acrylic was applied to my natural nail and I had a long almond nails prior to this fill. They were not shaped, cleaned, not the same length, not even, crooked, and polish was bumpy and not evenly distributed. Most of my nails have light spots even after multiple coats and had multiple air bubbles. I would have asked her to fix it however I was already there for 2.5 hours.

I've gotten the same thing in other locations and it took 1-1.5 hours tops and cost me around 55-60 euros. The pedicure and manicure cost me $103. This was not worth the time or the money at all. This was a treat from my mom for Christmas. I kept telling her no, but all she wanted to do was spend the little money she had left to treat me before going back to work. Now I have to get them redone and pay more. I used to come here all the time and I would always recommend this spot to everyone but I will no longer come here or recommend this location. I'm so disappointed. I can't believe this simple nail design cost over $100.
