I have been coming here for years!!! Toney is a friendly guy and knows how to do hair for both men and women. He practices COVID protocols. The place is clean, modern and the cost is reasonable. The quality haircuts are the best. I bring all of my sons here after trying all kinds of other places. Toney definitely knows how to do hair for men. I can't speak for women hair, but I always see women there coming to him for their hair needs.
