The nail tech did a terrible job!! My nails are not even one hand is short other is long. They are pointed on the ends on one hand and the other hand is curved. I paid and decided will never go there again even though their pedicure was very good on my last visit!

I went in there yesterday not expecting much, mainly because of the location. My mom told me the place was pretty slight so I gave it a try and they are so good!!!! I'll never go anywhere else again for my pedicures. I don't remember the lady's name who did mine but it was like watching an artist paint a painting. This is my first yelp review so I had to give it to a place I think is phenomenal. There was an old lady beside me complaining named sally so if u see her yelp review she was on the Karen spectrum so take it with a grain of salt. 10/10 would recommend
Took my daughter and she got the dipped nails with mine being a gel manicure. Her nails look good and we are definitely satisfied with them. I wanted the thinnest we could get with them still being durable. Her nails are still a little thick and I would have liked them to buff them down a bit more but all in all I was very pleased! My daughter thought the young lady that helped us, initially, was very sweet and I thought her very helpful. My gel manicure looks good also and it was a challenge since my nails are so short! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the amount of time spent on my manicure process. Typical more time is spent rubbing the lotion in, rotating the wrists, with each hand being massaged. Very little time was spent in that part of the manicure but as I mentioned I was overall pleased and will return for future service.
This used to be my every two week, on their appointment book, place to go for mani/pedi for years. They have ran good help off and no longer genuinely care for their clients. I'm so disappointed in the service I now receive and the owner could care less as long as people keep coming in the door. It's sad to find a salon that I used to enjoy going to, but due to the owners selfishness, the service has declined. They no longer hold conversations with you and treat you like a number. Not even a "thank you" is offered after paying/tipping. Sadly, it's time to find another nail salon where I am appreciated.
